Our waitress was so nice but the food was extremely overpriced and small portions and there was a “service charge” where the waitress explained to us that she only got 15% of the 20% tip we paid. The whole experience just felt like we got pressured right on the spot. I was really excited to eat there because I had heard good things but we just decided to get appetizers and soft drinks. By the time we left our tab was 85 dollars for two small apps, one small gumbo and a salad plus the service charge.
We wanted one last great meal before we left to head back home and we are so glad this is where we chose! Excellent location, oysters and portions were perfect and VERY friendly staff. From the host you talked to at the front, to the server, to the person who brought your food out. Absolutely no complaints here. Keep it up!
Food was great and server, Rosie, was awesome and very friendly. However, they didn't clarify on their coupon for kids eat free. When we enter, we asked the host about the coupon, he agreed on my thoughts. After we ate, we were charged for every kids meal except one kids meal. We talked to the manager and manager gave us an attitude. We didn't want to deal with the hassle so we just paid with 20% tips and left. It was almost perfect dinner except the ending. We won't come back here.
The food and view were great. Our server Racquel was very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back.
Me, my sister and cousin came to Destin for birthday vacation. We came to East Pass for lunch and the food and service was super fantastic. I recommend stopping by here when in Destin and request for Sugar Ray as your server.

We ate here while on vacation and experienced the best customer service I can recall ever . Josie was a doll and treated us like extended family . If you visit east pass make sure Josie serves you !
Elvis was our server and he was great. Food and drinks were good and served quickly. On a cool overcast day the view was great and great spot off Harbor Walk.
