Terrible customer service.Pulled up to the drive through and no one acknowledged us. Pulled up to the window, we were told the drive through is closed at that time but we would be given the exemption but the staff said she would have to go between the cash register at the front of the store. We said no problem, we can come in. There was no one in the lobby... and three women in the back looked at us and kept talking among themselves and eating. The one who we talked to at the window was actually counting money, which is the reason she couldn't take our money at the window. She never acknowledged us again. We stood there for over 1 minute with no acknowledgement. Cool, we turned around and left.

Sat in the drive thru today for the better part of 10 mins with nobody acknowledging us, drove up to the window and see one employee sitting on a chair sleeping, then 2 other employees walk by us and don’t come to the window or even let us know they will be with us soon. There is no one else in the store or drive thru and we still got no service. We sat at the window for another couple mins and drove off. I feel sad that these are the employees that employers have to deal with now, absolutely ridiculous!

The website shows the unit opens at 5am. On 4/9 went to the store about 6:30 am and store was locked and dark. Went to the store at about 6:30 on 4/16 store was open staff working everything went well. Today 4/23 went to store at about 6:45 lights were on store employees in store and about 10 Hispanics milling around in the store. Door was locked. Waited about 8 - 10 minutes until an employee came unlocked the door and the only thing, I understood he said was store was not going to open until 8:00 am. There seems to be 2 crews that open this store one very good and the other like today very poor. Hope management can make changes to the consistency of service as my wife prefers Dunkin Donuts.

My husband and I placed a mobile order early in the morning before heading back home (14 hour drive). Website and Google both depicted “open”. The app processed the order and we were charged. Upon arriving to the establishment the lights were off and it was closed! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and mentioned to my husband that maybe their opener was running late. After 5 minutes we left empty handed, and had been charged for items we didn’t even get, no way to even cancel the order on the app. I attempted to call the local number 3 times all morning, no answer! I finally gave up and called corporate. I was given the option to receive a full refund in 14 days OR to load the money onto my app immediately. How inconvenient. I can’t comment on the service, since we didn’t get any!

The degree of stupidity at one location was mind blowing!!! When we didn’t get our complete order they asked for our receipt (which we did not get from the idiot at the cash register) so we left there 2 doughnuts short, a sandwich with raw bacon & two disgusting coffees. Really loved the worker wearing the necklace with the middle finger in crystals. Nice touch!! Don’t stop here and waste your valuable time and/or money. I know finding workers is hard but the owner will never get ahead with the current breakfast crew there. Oh, & it was filthy. ? My son did say the smoothies were good. The one positive.

TERRIBLE. I would give this place zero stars if I could. My mom wanted a croissant, they had no cheese croissants. Understandable, but they also were out of all of her alternate options. They were out of bananas, coconut refresher, avocado toast, not to mention when she actually did order an alternative option, they put the wrong label on her breakfast bag. Worst of all, they had the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. As we were trying to order, the cashier would look at us and then look away from us and talk (yell) at the other employees. It was extremely disrespectful as we were in the middle of ordering. No apologies were given whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE.

When it was finally my turn the cashier walked away and I was standing there for about 5-10mins. I just turn around and went to my car. Decided to try drive-thru and was told "LOBBY ONLY," well that was my sign to never come back to this dunkin.

This place might as well be called a circus. Matter fact a circus probably performs better and has more organization. No one knows what their doing they left me sitting in the drive through for fifteen minutes and didn’t say a word. They were out of french vanilla and caramel so the wife couldnt get what she wanted at all. They were yelling at each other and arguing we made the twenty min drive to the next Dunkin’ after our third bad experience they were much better I’d say someone in management needs to spend some time and fix these problems at this location. I would leave zero stars if possible

We just bought coffee and sandwiches from the Dunkin Donuts at 1012 US Hyway 98. The service was just outstanding. The lady at the window was vey pleasant and had a great smile. The gentleman who delivered our sandwiches was very courteous and had a great smile. Thanks for great service.
