After waiting 3 hours, never received our pizza. Called to receive our status (after tracking on the app and seeing that it had been received and completed) and was told that somebody came in who was us and picked up our pizzas. We called an hour prior to that asking for a status. Both times, the guy who answered the phone was not professional. He did not care about his job at all and obviously did not care about good customer service. I have never written a review, this is how angry I am at how we have been treated. We have a party of 10 people, half of our party are hungry kids.
Ordered online many times before, however, this time the person I talked to hadn't even started my order. The order was placed an hour and a half prior to my call. Person didn't sound like they knew what they were doing. Told me it would be another 30 before it would be done and another 45 before the driver could deliver. Unless you have time to spare, consider another location.
The manager was less than helpful when I called to let them know my delivery tracker showed that the order had been delivered but I had not received it. After having to clarify that I wasn't simply calling for an order update and calling about a missing order three times, he then hung up on me. Try Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Anywhere but here.
We love Domino's, but unfortunately our experience at this particular location was far frome enjoyable. Domino's webside had a coupon we decided to use. After spending 30 minutes trying order online and getting an error message, we made a phone call, and tried to place our order (the lady on the phone was very polite and nice, but she could not place our order for delivery as well due to "technical issues").We decided to try to order at this location in person, and pick up the order.We placed the order in person, but the price went up from $82 online to $132. I was informed the offer we used was good only one item. After I presented the website with the offer explanation, I was told they can't honor the website offer at this location, and it is "online only offer".By the way, this Domino's location is located at the gas station and doesn't look appealing at all.We ended up driving to nearest Whole Foods, and take few made to order pizzas from them. The service and pizzas were great, we highly recommend the Whole Foods for pizza, ready to pick up foods and delicious cookies.
A mistake was made in my original order and when I called to let the manager know, he was so accommodating and kind! When I called later that evening to use my credit, the person who answered the phone was also so super kind and accommodating!! A+ service and really good food! Thank you!!
The pizza was ready on time and was delicious. Every member of our family ate, which is a weird occurance!
DESTIN DOMINO'S MGMT:We VERY CLEARLY ordered a thin crust EXTRAVAGANZA twice cooked for an EXTRA crispy dark crust with almost burnt edges... we order it from our LA. DOMINO'S regularly as a stomach issue precludes one of us from eating doughy soggy crust.When my husband went to pick up pizza it was mushy/soggy and undercooked. The pieces flopped over, cheese barely melted and bottom was a light almost white color which is ridiculous for any thin and "CRISPY" crust. The 2 employees seemed clueless and not interested in recooking our order!We will use MERLIN'S from now on as they have no issues with thin and EXTRA CRISPY crust!
Pizza was hot and fresh but had to 90 min after we ordered it before it was cooked. When we go there we found out they only had 1 person in the entire store. He was cooking making boxes printing labels and running the register.This rating is not a reflection on him. He was doing his best but rather the store in general.BTW it’s inside a gas station. Yea INSIDE!
You will not get your online order or them to answer the phone. Very disappointed. We track our order and it said it was delivered 45 minutes ago, still no delivery. We ordered online 2.5 hours ago. We’ve been trying to call now and have been on hold for over 10 minutes. No one has answered yet.
Worst place ever. Called 115 times using three different phones and they never picked up. What a joke.
