This place used to be very good. Now the burgers are way overcooked, patties are very thin. I used to get burgers here everyday on my lunch break. Very rude employees especially the jamaicans. No pride in their work at all always on their phones. Only employee I've ever had good experiences with it's a little girl named christina.
Worst Culvers. Rachel the manager was not helpful in resolving a mistake the restarting made. Be sure to triple check your order this location is run more like a McDonald’s than a Culver’s. After you leave the drive through it’s not there problem as Rachel put it. I would not recommend this restaurant location. 0/5 stars.
Nice quiet location away from the busyness of the beach. If you have children and need a quiet place to give them a break, this is where you need to go. The food is also delicious, reminding us of Culver’s back at home in Wisconsin. The kids love their single scoopie custard as part of their meal. The staff here was also fantastic, graciously printing out my receipt after I had already left the line. The food was brought to us with a smile and everyone is cheerful. So thankful for this Culver’s in Florida, this was a smart location for them to have it here.
This is a nice unit. Enjoy the large menu variety. Have some friends with me and we introduced them to delicious Frozen custard. The burgers were great. I tried the mushroom swiss for once. The staff was busy but stayed friendly.
We visited Culver's today after passing by it several times throughout our vacation. We placed our order for Ice Cream only at 5:26 pm for Dine-In. At 5:45 I walked to the counter and was never asked why I was standing there. The female employee wearing glasses asked another customer her order, and fixed it. I was expecting the employee to ask my order next, but she didn't. Finally another employee asked me my order just as I was requesting a refund. The young lady took my order number and went to check on my order. I received my order of 4 Ice Cream cups at 5:55 pm. Yes, our Ice Cream was good, but the service was not. Customers that order food didn't have a problem, so I was disappointed that it took so long to only get Ice Cream.
They were really in the weeds. Spring break The kitchen expeditor used his head thought outside the box and told a man waiting on his order that was sitting in the window come get your hot food. He gave him permission to step behind the counter! The food is always good. The custard is fantastic.
Our burgers and chicken sandwiches were excellent, their soda is some of the best around as well. It's not overly Carbonated or flat like other places have been. The staff actually cares how the food looks and they make sure your order is accurate.
I had the shrimp dinner with slaw and mash potatoes and everything was really good but the line too awhile to get through. Still way better than other fast food places.
I was really surprised at how tender their chicken tenders were.... Lots of flavor. Will definitely be back again
