very rude staff ? didn't seem to be friendly at all I'm from Cincinnati an I thought our service was bad. also I asked for extra because they didn't even put the correct portion size on my bowl. I love Chipotle and I'm very disappointed I had this experience... ?
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. The staff is lazy. The store is dirty. There are only 3 drink options because nothing is replaced. The staff either cannot read or just doesn't care about giving people what they order. This was my third time here, all exactly the same. I cannot even recommend the staff take pride in their work, it is too far gone. The manager needs to fire everyone and then quit.
Placed an order last night on Mother’s Day via the Chipotle app for delivery. We ordered 4 bowls, 3 tacos & 2 salsas with 4 chips. When the order arrived, we had only received 2 bowls and 3 chips. Delivery driver didn’t have it and said reach out to the store. Called the store and received automated messaging system saying they can’t help over the phone and to submit it online. So half of our family is left without food during this whole process. I submitted the issue online and re placed our missing order. I had tipped $8 for the delivery and wasn’t about to tip another driver so we did curbside this time and sent my brother to pick up. When he came back with the food, we opened the bowls that were delivered in the first order only to find out both bowls were wrong! So not only did they leave out most of the order, but the order they did deliver was incorrect. At this point our food was cold and we were starving so we dealt with it. When I tried to submit another order issue online, it would not allow me to. Probably because one had already been submitted for my order. All in all, this was a terrible experience that ruined my Mother’s Day.
Very busy. Several sit down restaurants closes at 9. Stop seating at 8. Count on Chipotle. Friendly staff. They serve graciously until closing. The food was great. We ordered a burritos and tacos. It was very fulfilling.
Ate here yesterday, and when I opened my to go ordered I literally laughed. I thought it was a joke. Not even half of my bowl was full. It was the amount of about 2 large spoon scoops. That is it. But to make matters worse, my meat was FREEZING and the guacamole was BROWN. All three of our bowls ended up like this. They have hired a bunch of teenagers and IT SHOWS. The location is also always FILTHY. We will not be back! Go next door to smashburger. Atleast they know how to run a business.

Been getting half carnitas and barbacoa for months and got charged for extra. Question the new people their and said they that’s how it is. Asked chipotle home office customer support and they said they shouldn’t have charged me. Tables were clean but the chairs were covered in the food they wiped off the table. Not coming back for awhile.
The family loves Chipotle. The employees here were so nice, and good was fresh. Thanks for a great meal!
The reason they get a 2 star is because I am a local and we love chipotle but over that last 6 months they have been out of a lot of things, black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, guacamole, chips…. It’s as if they don’t care to replace the missing items. My biggest issue is they say they are out of chips but there are chip bags (12+) on the shelf….do they think we are stupid and don’t see them?!?! It’s the one thing that I love and prob there biggest profit because it doesn’t cost them anything but they are always out of chips!!! If they cared more they would get a better rating.
According to the time on the door, I went there an hour before close. Trash was piled high and overflowing both inside and out. No utensils or napkins. Juices were empty. No sweet tea. The only meat that looked decent was the pork. Everything else looked dry and unappetizing. Chips were stale.All of that would be understandable if they were swamped, but workers were standing around doing nothing.
