Love the Fancy Nancy (w/ apples peacons and grapes) on whole wheat. BUT the pasta salad is gross, don’t know what that flavor is but it’s Yukky.
Love every chicken salad that I have tried so far! My boyfriend isn't really a big fan of chicken salad, but he really likes it here!
I have visited other Chicken Salad Chick and requested additional crackers with no issues. Today at the Emerald Coast Park Destin Florida location they only were willing to give me six crackers with a pound of chicken salad and wanted to charge an additional $.30 per cracker. Based on my experience at other chicken salad chicks throughout the country, the cracker issue left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was intrigued by the story and wanted to try a local place. Was very pleasantly surprised! We had "The Chick" with the trio added to try different flavors. We loved all 4 - Fancy Nancy and Buffalo Barclay as sandwiches and Sassy Scotty and Barbie-Q as scoops (which come with crackers.) For the third we had Broccoli Salad which was well-blended and tasty. All for just under $25, which was phenomenal! The best surprise of all was the cookie included for free. We are from near Columbus, OH and when I saw the cookie I said, "That looks like a Cheryl's Cookie?" Looked at the back and sure enough... it was! Best cookies ever imo, and what a fun treat to find them in Destin.
The worst service! I believe the older blonde with the Gucci shoes that served me may have been the owner which makes the bad service far worse. I never leave a review but she was so completely rude that I will never be back. I ordered a large tub and several times asked for extra crackers. I paid and she handed me the bag with seven packs of crackers. When I asked for a few more she got rude and said I already gave you more than I should have - we only give six. And I said that’s basically what you gave me and I asked for extra and then she said (very snotty) well how many more do you need? Um maybe four. And she said (very snotty) Well I’m going to have to charge you. Which I was completely fine with and she should have said that when I asked twice while ordering for extra crackers. How ridiculous. It’s a large tub. So the small ones get three packs? Again, I don’t mind paying for extra when I ask for extra but don’t treat me like I’m being completely unreasonable for asking for four packs of crackers per serving. Hey Karen, next time simply say “of course you can - it’s 25 cents per pack -how many can I add for you? “
Best chicken salad in town! All different varieties. Even if your not into chicken salad, I bet you will like it. It had inside and out side dining.
I'm glad I don't work here anymore. Most the staff is decent. But apparently certain customers don't like being corrected so it means trouble for the employee dealing with them. Employees will just about cuss a customer management won't say anything to them . Employee corrects a customer and there is a attitude problem ... Don't even get me started on the owner ... She comes in every so often and completely throws a wrench in the whole stores operation because she wants things changed or done differently then they have been done.... They employee theives and liars . Not gonna throw out names but it's not like the owners or management actually cares cause they are a "good " worker
