After using the mobile app to order my food. It was still a 20 minute wait, because apparently they just gave my order to someone else then had to remake it. Didn’t even get to eat my lunch bc I didn’t have enough time I had to return to work. I knew the original owner of this location before he retired personally and that place USED to run like a well oiled machine ………….
The service people are not very nice they were very rude. And my mom wanted honey butter they wouldn’t give it to her when she asked for it when she ordered!
This Chick-fil-A location is perfect! Emma and Erin were excellent as the rest of the team. They didn’t have to treat us as kindly as they did, but they were perfect. We were traveling out of town, and they were terrific from start to finish. We ordered so slowly and held the line. We didn’t do it on purpose, but had several orders. This process could have really aggravated them, but they were patient and kind. We were grateful for the customer service at this restaurant! Thank you so much.
Went at prime time... lunch on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Ordered on the app and food took a lot 20 minutes, which is fine, but they brought it out and realized we never got drinks. When we did get drinks, the cloud berry sun joy thing was wrong and didn't have the "sun joy" part. Didn't get any condiments ordered, napkins, or a fork for my macaroni. Staff us very very young and likely just overwhelmed. I'll skip this next time.
USUALLY, Chick-fil-A gives good service, not this one. The cashier was rude and unknowledgeable. She told me to scan my phone to gain points for my order, which I later found out did not go through and I did not get my points. The hash browns were soggy and old. I switched them out for fries. Corporate should send a secret shopper to this location. I will NEVER visit this location again.There is a very kind lady that cleans the lobby.I advise visiting the location across from Silver Sands Outlet. They are exceptional!
Amazing service and fantastic food! We visited this location from Ontario (where we don't have Chick-fil-a). We had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, who found out it was our first time and recommended a few items that were absolutely delicious! All of the staff was very friendly. We wish our fast food at home was this good, and will certainly be back every time we visit Destin! Thank you for the great experience!
They did not act like chick-fil-a workers. They were extremely rude. I told them I had 3 online orders and said the names and the girl said “we have a lot of online orders, so you are going to have to do one at a time.” In a mean manner. I said “oh ok, I’m sorry.” She said “it’s fine, but we have a lot of online orders today.” They handed me my food and said “there you go.” Nothing else. And i said thank you to try to get something out of them, and they said nothing. I’ve never had a Chick-fil-A experience like this! Very disappointing.
Horrible…went here with my hubby and kiddos before he passed away and the food was awful. Bland and overcooked. Even their fries were disgusting!!! And I love their food lol.. Got a milkshake to go in hopes it would make up for the awful food and it was watery and it tasted like poo…. We will never be coming back to Destin Chick Fil A again…. Sad.
These employees are absolutely fantastic. Rain or shine they got a smile and absolutely take care of you. If I ever waited what they considered an unacceptable ammount of time they give me a free chicken sandwhich or nugget card. Tripp the owner is awesome and always treats customers and doordashers alike very well.
What can I say they have the best nuggets available! As a Door dash driver also they are the most organized restaurant to pick up from. Kudos to Chick-fil-A.
