I’m trying to order food at the drive through in Destin Florida and There were only four cars in the parking lot 5/30/22 at 2:40pm and the server said to give her a minute because she’s dealing with a lot of orders. I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes and haven’t ordered yet. There were 5 cars behind me in the drive through now there are 2. 3 customer had gotten mad and sped off. And as I sit here in the drive through they still haven’t taken my order and customers keep pulling up to the drive through and backing out and speeding off because of the wait time. SMMFH! 5 cars drove off because of the 30 minute plus wait. I thought this was fast food? I guess I was wrong.If they had an option for no stars that’s what I would rate my experience. It is 3:29pm and I still haven’t gotten my order let alone pay for it.
Jungle bunnies galore. After waiting 30 minutes on the dasher in front of me who’s orders KEPT COMING IN EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALREADY ORDERED, I get my burger with mayo. I CLEARLY specified NO MAYO. Even says it on the ticket. TERRIBLE Burger King. Worst I’ve ever seen. But you know what? I blame the area manager for hiring managers who think it’s okay to HIRE these types of people. Where you at area manager?
Unfortunately my customer service experience was terrible. The woman helping me was rude and impatient, which really sets a tone for how the food is going to come out. Since there was one thing on the order that was changed there was an 8 minute wait time. That seem to give more opportunity for the employee to share with me their distain for helping me with my order. Very disappointed and will be making the extra drive moving forward to another location.
Got a whopper meal. People were nice and service speed wasn’t horrific for 11pm. Only thing was it seemed kinda pricey ($10) for a whopper meal, size small.
Not sure what logic this particular establishment is using to pull customers from the drive thru line to park and wait out front for 30 minutes for “fast food”. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have the same person taking dive thru orders and run food across the parking lot. idiocy at its finest. Management needs management at this place
If I could do less stars I would. I sat in Drive thru for 30 minutes couldn't get anyone to answer the speaker. I then sat at the window where I could see them there....nothing, refused to open the window. Then went to the front. The doors were locked couldn't get in. I couldn't pick up my online order I already paid for! There is a reason this place has this rating. I honestly don't even trust the food they brought out. Finally went through Drive through again and they had me go to window to tell me to go to parking. 40 minutes from driving into the parking lot to get my food. They lost so much business from cars coming and leaving because they were not answering anything. At least 20 vehicles.
Food was cold after waiting 20 minutes. Order was not made right. How hard is it to understand a spicy ch’king with no pickles extra sauce. We had to get it remade. By the time we got our sandwich, we were at the 40 minute mark. And they still do not understand what no pickles extra sauce means…so they put the extra sauce in a water cup ?. The o ly good thing was that the ch’king was fresh this time.
This place is PATHETIC!!!! Over 20 mins for an order. Black lady at the DT window is clueless and gets confused what a half and half sweet tea is?♂️?♂️?♂️Who the HELL IS THE MANAGER???????? This is by far not fast food!!!
Never can get enough of the Whopper the bread was fresh and I love their onions along with the taste of the Whopper meat
Terrible ,outdated decor my shoes stuck to the floor ,she asked if we wanted whip cremewith our milkshakes we said yes she looked at ùs like we were nuts no whip creme.She gave our order to another customerwho looked in the bag opened the burger realized it was wrong he threw in the bag too it to the counter and she gave it to us.we were hungry and tired of waiting so we let it slide but she should have never done that .also overall the food was awful i would not reccommend eatting here ever
