Ice cream is okay, but service is abominable. My wife has a moderately severe nut allergy, so we called ahead to see if they could accommodate, and they said that they scoop from a separate bin for those with allergies. When we came in person, my wife decided to ask again just to make sure. If we hadn’t asked, my wife could’ve had an anaphylactic reaction and died, since they told us they just use a separate scoop and couldn’t just use a new bin. To add insult to injury, the worker who told us this and another worker who joined in tried to correct us on my wife’s own allergy, and how it works! We tried to explain why their solution was insufficient but they just kept talking over us. Overall, ice cream itself is maybe 6.5/10, and service was 1/10.
Staff could be more attentive to customers. They seem to ignore the window quite a bit when busy, but they also are all very young and seemed to be inexperienced so maybe a good manager could straighten this up. Overall though the ice cream is excellent, and the hot dogs are decent. Worth the stop, just be aware it might be a minute to get noticed at the window.
Amazing ice cream. Many flavors. Kids under 40 inches eat free! It was a great surprise. Delicious!

Went there about 30 minutes before closing time. Over all the ice cream was great! It was creamy, smooth, and not to sweet! Probably the BEST ice cream I have ever had! Sadly, I can not give compliments to the workers. There were three there. They were very moody and talked back to all the people in front of me including myself. I understand they are teenagers and it was 30 minutes before closing, but it gave them no right to act they way they did. Especially to adults! Other than the service it was great! I would recommend people to go there for ice cream. Just be prepared for the possibility of moody workers.
So fresh and tasty, unique flavours as well. Definitely worth the trip.
We really enjoyed Bruster's Real Ice Cream! I had the Chocolate Buckeye flavor and it was delicious. The Sea Salt Caramel, the New York Cheesecake, Pumpkin Pie Ripple, and the Apple Caramel Crunch are also must-haves! The employees were great by letting us taste flavors before deciding, and they served all 8 of us graciously in the cold at 9pm! Excellent place for authentic ice cream and a late night treat!
FANTASTIC ice cream and flavors. Loved the employee, she was awesome. Had the PB Buckeye shake and it was tasty. Make it thick. Such great variety and super yummy. Definitely a must.
It doesn't say anywhere online that they stop serving hot dogs at 8, and the two scoops of ice cream barely filled the cup. Was pretty good ice cream but not worth the price of $6 basically. Will more than likely never come back.
