We were there for some ice creams this morning but the ice cream freezer was all empty, dippin cabinet was missing required flavors, some of them had hand written labels and some didn't have any labels at all. There is a whole lot more to say but I really don't want to because I feel bad. One star for the employees who are running and keeping the store open without proper training. This is not a complain but a suggestion to the owners of this locattion to invest in a good management team so this place could be fixed. I saw so much potential in this location.
So we ordered my son's birthday cake 2 days ago to pick up today at 11:45. Tatiana the manager is a complete joke as a worker and SHES EVEN THE MANAGER!!! so disrespectful so rude. We waited from 11:45 till 2pm on my son's cake that was paid for and didn't get delivered.. so she had me wait another hour while she went to grab my son's custom cake.. she came back with the wrong cake and dares to say it wasn't her fault!!! She didn't look at the cake that she drove to pick up and that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREYSON. She's a pathetic human being and I can't believe that location isn't shut down. I'm coming for her job. She should have been swallowed
very very very slow. Rude! Unorganized. Despite reading all the horrible reviews we decided to stop anyways. All the reviews are accurate. Very dissatisfied!! I can’t believe corporate would allow this place to stay open with all the reviews
We are sitting in your Baskin Robins and dunking doughnuts and place is absolutely filthy you only have 2 tables that xan seat 4 people and One member of staff was laid along the bench seat asleep and all other staff or friends of the staff were congregating around the other table, the floor is a disgrace and the four of us had to sit Separately on small tables while they took up the large tables.
The name of this place is deceitful on Google maps, it is actually Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Worst place ever! No one in the drive through, 1 person in the store. Waited in the drive through 5 minutes then, went in the store since they didn't get back to us. The one person in the store left, then the cashier, started scoping ice-cream but there was no one in the store but me. He completely ignored me. Do not go to this place if you want coffee, they obviously don't want to sell anything.
I received great service and ice cream was delicious as always. Grandma serving the ice cream was very sweet. Let me taste couple of flavors and then gave me a very big scoop. They were out if Waffle cones but sugar cone did the job. I had great experience. Its together with Dunkin Donuts.
This place is horrible. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They are rude with minimal flavors. They also have bad hours. Says open til 6, We walked up at 5:30 and they were already locked up. 6pm for ice cream?
There is a lady and a man that works in there on a tuesday…. i asked for a sample and they tried to be slick about it and charge me for a sample and count it as a single scoop. when I caught them they tried to act like they didn’t know what i was talking about. I got 2 2 scoops and 1 single scoop and then said it was 27$ it turns out it was supposed to be 16$.
I didn’t try it because this man didn’t have no gloves and started scratching with hairy arm rubbing again ice cream. Fingernails were dirty because he was scratching his stomach.I really hate to leave bad reviews but this was necessary.
Must be new employees compared to other reviews. The service was excellent with a smile
