My family and I love to come here all the time. We are always greeted upon walking through the door. The workers are nice and the food is amazing.
The wait time can be absolutely ridiculous. There will be 2 employees but 1 just “cleaning” & the other one taking the longest to handle the orders. It’s such a shame. They’ll also shut the lights early so it looks like the place is closed but it’s not. I always wonder if there’s any management going on this site.. smoothies are good though. Wish service was better
Service sucks sometimes but smoothies are always on point. But the country is going down hill anyways so I'm getting use to it. At least the quality of food is good.
Worst food experience of my life. They did not read my order specifications, gave me a side I can’t eat, waste of time, money and energy. I wanted to like it so badly.
Wish I could give a negative. The employee in the pink is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She couldn’t even give me her name so that I could discuss my experience with the owner. Nasty!!! That is why I took this picture so that I could show the owner exactly who was the employee being completely disrespectful & rude. Besides the restaurant is always dirty with garbage over flowing.
The service could have been better. I ordered a cajun shrimp salad it wasn't presentable. The way the food was handle to me. I was not please at all. Didn't bother it's like money waste. My green smoothie was good at least someone did good. Poor services provided and not to mention it was my first time at that location. Wellington remains my #1. But again Service can be better.
This is the absolute worst location you all have ever opened. Staff are not very friendly, Never know what they are doing. The wait time is ridiculous. And some staff look like they just rolled out of bed.
Love tropical smoothie staff always nice manager always sweet and always greeting she is very good with customers and she knows how to make them come back.
If you call ahead and order they automatically give themselves 18% gratuity in the price. Found this out when I ordered in person and tipped them and it came out to the price of takeout. Totally don’t mind tipping but they shouldn’t be adding it themselves, shady.
My first visit went excellent, staff has great customer service. I was recommended to try the chicken club was perfect. I will be a repeat customer
