Great service and food !!would definitely go back !!

Personally I love the the food and staff here. On every other occasion that I have been there, the staff was incredibly nice, and were extremely sweet. But this last trip had me second guessing my prior assumptions. We arrived at 1pm, an hour before closing. It wasn't packed, but it wasn't empty. Maybe 13 tables with customers. I wrote my name on the wait list, since there were two people there waiting too. The manager knows us, and knows we're regulars. I saw him in the back filling out mobile/take-out orders and saw he has his hands full. We sat down for 20-30 minutes waiting, understandable they were pretty busy with dozens of take-out orders and two servers. When the manger came to give the two other people their take-out orders, he saw us and rolls his eyes. Maybe he thought we came in half hour before closing and got annoyed. He didn't talk to us and walked away. When someone else came in, he sent a server to seat both parties. Every time the manger passed us, I felt uncomfortable and it felt like he was giving is nasty looks. Same with our server. Like I said, I thought it was because he believed be came 30 minuted before closing. It's not like the place was empty, there were still 8-10 other tables with people still eating. And four other parties that came in 5 minutes before closing; the manager sat them personally, he was nice to them, and asked 2 times if everything was fine. I honestly don't know what we did to make him dislike us or if he was having a bad day, but I was upset the whole time we were there. And usually the food is great, but this time it was mediocre, if not terrible. My eggs and coffee were cold, while my bacon was burnt and cold. Maybe today was an off day for them, but i was genuinely upset.

Great standard breakfast . We went every morning of our stay in Delray Beach. Great service and friendly staff. Eggs well cooked. And good hash browns. Recommend

Don’t use this location. They don’t reply to repeated phone calls and, I believe, have no outdoor seating. Much better choice is their Boynton Beach Blvd location, which does have outdoor seating l.?Or, the one at Glades Road, that still serves the Apple Baby, a smaller, lower-calorie of the delish Apple Pancake, the smaller version abandoned by other locations.

The original pancake house in Delray Beach is a really good restaurant. But the star of the show is Leah M. The service she provided was the best I've ever had. 5 stars all the way. The company Should be proud to have her as an employee.

They called this a grilled cheese sand and have the nerve to charge $7,99, the description in the menu made seem that I was getting sourdough bread with melted cheese. Very disappointed! Don’t order this! The server we had was great.

The food is great, consistent with the chain. The service is awful! Management seems to have zero organizational skills. When trying to call my food in he tried to say they were too busy and to just come in. When picking up food her seemed to purposely ignore me when my turn came.

Loved this place! They had gf pancake and waffle options. We had great service and the food came out very quickly.

It was great. Not really enough parking outside and the workers are a little weird. But the pancakes are amazing, the waffles are amazing, mostly all the other foods are unseasoned. The chicken didn't taste or look like chicken. But the food was decent with sauses and seasoning.

Had a dutch baby for the first time. It was good. However, it would be so much better if it came with fruit. The downside is that there are no sides to any of their entrees. Everything is sold a la carte. Not sold as an entire meal and is on the expensive side.
