Best place in town for Tea!!!

My mom had a reservation there with her friends that I helped her make online. She received the confirmation via email. The day of the reservation, when she arrived, she was told that the reservation was never confirmed and that they had booked a party for that day so there was no way to accommodate her. This of coarse was untrue as we had the email to prove itThe lady was not only rude or unapologetic, she insisted that she was the manager and refused to let us speak with anyone else. She did not try to make the situation better in any way, simply dismissed them and said there was nothing she could do.As a business owner myself, this is simply unacceptable.

We order the high tea special and everything was presented beautifully. We chose 2 different hot teas and they were wonderful, we will be back and will bring some friends to also enjoy the experience.

I made a reservation online 4 days in advance, requesting the gluten free high tea for one member of the group. The reservation still showed up as pending two days later, so I called and left two voicemails. Finally a day before the reservation they called to confirm it. Upon arriving, I mentioned that we were there for a reservation and had one member who was gluten free, and she said “oh, ok yes”. Our food arrived a short time later and as the waitress described each of the offerings in the tiered tray, I asked which were gluten free and she said “oh no, you were gluten free?” And I said yes I mentioned that on our reservation and when we checked in a little while ago. She rushed into the back and came back with a plate consisting of two half sandwiches both on gluten free bread with chicken salad on them. I asked if this was the high tea offering for gluten free and she said yes and you can have a macaron too because they are gluten free. So instead of macarons, scones, multiple tea sandwiches and petit fours, if you are gluten free you get one tiny macaron and two small half sandwiches for $30. When I questioned her about it, she said there is nothing I can do about it, I already rang it in as high tea for $30. My friends also commented on the poor quality of food and the fact that the petit fours actually seemed like the frozen cheesecake bites you can get in large boxes from Costco. While the decor is charming, the poor communication and lackluster food would prevent me from ever returning. I would skip Tealicious and go to one of the other tea houses I have tried and liked throughout Palm Beach county that are far superior in both quality and competence.

Very beautiful interior. Excellent. Customer service. The tea was luke warm; however we asked for it to be hotter and there was no problems getting some more tea.

Charming decor and the staff are friendly. Was just in to look at the menu, which looks enticing. Will go back for high tea.

The decor is very cute, beautiful wall paper, hats on display. Tealicious is a warm environment if you can keep a reservation there. About two months ago I made a reservation for a few friends and I to have high tea at Tealicious. The reservation was confirmed by Tealicious. A few days before our luncheon, Tealicious contacted me to say that if we couldn't move our reservation to a very inconvenient time for us to accommodate them, they'd have to have to cancel us in favor of a larger party. So, Tealicious cancelled our luncheon there. Several days ago my friend made a reservation for high tea on August 4 and called twice to confirm the reservation. On August 4, when my friend arrived the hostess/server advised that there was no record of the reservation she made and confirmed twice. As there was only one other table occupied she was seated and ordered the "Abigail Rose High Tea" for both of us. I joined her a few minutes later. The lady who served us was very nice and the selection of teas was super! My friend I really enjoyed our teas - Early Grey & Spiced Peach. The food was very disappointing. It tasted like it had been prepared several hours ahead and left in the fridge to be plucked off for the next customer.

Great service, wonderful atmosphere and delicious tea and food!
