Just save yourself the aggravation. Orders are always wrong and they never answer the phone.

Dude behind the counter was rude didn't want to take a online coupon which was processed on the app but when I went inside he said no coupon and I had to wait 10 more minutes after the ready time for my order.

Subway is great but it is 93 degrees outside today. Went in to grab a sub and the air conditioner inside is not working! Poor guy working has to be miserable. It's cooler outside then it is inside. Also, i believe that the coolers that the meat and vegetables are in are not working as well. I saw a lot of meat juice floating in the buckets. Hope no one gets food poisoning and that they fix this issue soon!

The worse customer service experience ever today at 11:41am. It's was not even busy and now I see why no one wanted to eat there. Everytime a customer walk through the door the guy was so nasty with them. I told the guy working there I will just go to Publix where you get better service. He was very disrespectful if a customer asked a question. The place was clean looking but everyone just started walking out because of his attitude.

Terrible service. Lady there is always in a mood. Replace her immediately. I came here a bunch of times and sometimes when it rains it leaks all over the counter where the food is.

The guy who made our food here was super rude. As soon as my wife walked in the door he hurriedly telled "What do you want?" Barely would put anything on the sandwich then shooed her out the door. Terrible food and service.

First time coming i here, dude barely spoke English, was obviously on something and refused to make any modifications to an order or take a valid coupon, couldn’t even say why. Shorty works and the food quality looks completely unhealthy compared to the subway down to road on linton. Had to leave since I didn’t want to take food from someone who was constantly joking with himself

Visited Subway at 630 pm on Mon. 03/07/2022. I was told by the woman working the counter they only had 1ft. Long and 1/2 an itailian sub left. She had just made five whole wheat subs bu they needed to cool for 20 min.So basically subway had no subs. Oh just FYI they close at 10pm.

I work in the shopping center so I frequently attempt to get lunch or dinner at this location. Unfortunately only about half the time am I able to get food there because the “system” that they use is always down. I’m not sure why it happens so often but if it is raining outside you can pretty much forget about being able to make a purchase. The workers will just be sitting around and tell people they can’t ring them up when people walk in. The amount of business you are losing is inconceivable. I’m done even tying to go in there anymore smh

This is not a Subway outlet I would ever visit again. The blatant disregard of the employees, who refuse to wear masks is likely a violation of health codes in Palm Beach County. I wouldnt even think of ordering from this location if you're concerned about contracting COVID-19, Hepatitis or any other airborne illness.The attitude of the employees is another reason no one should consider patronizing this store. Aside from their total disregard for the health code, tt's pretty clear from what I witnessed that these folks aren't interested in working all that hard. When I asked why an internet order wasn't ready or even started there were more lame excuses thrown at me.I will reaching out to the Palm Beach County Department of Health to make them aware this matter..
