I ordered online and once I arrived at the subway they were closed despite it being 5:30 pm and their listed closing time being 9. I was frustrated but thought I’d just get a refund and move happily on with my life. I emailed the subway and the owner of the subway had the audacity to say that “they were closed in accordance to their posted hours of operation”. First of all no. Second of all why are you taking mobile orders if you’re closed. And thirdly this person refused to refund me for $11 and has since been ignoring my emails. Subway sucks anyway.
Tuna sub on cheese bread was delicious. Older gentleman was very friendly. Helps a lot when explaining order.
I ordered a sandwich through the app the other night and it was horrible. I had included very specific instructions on how to make the sandwich in regards to light amounts of certain vegetables, sauces, etc… and it appears as though the “artist” ignored all the directions and just slapped it together. I could not even take more than a couple bites before I had to throw it away. Complained to corporate and all they said was “we will pass this information off to the store” even though I paid through the app. Completely ridiculous. I will never eat at this location again. If you are getting a sub - go to firehouse subs up the road or find a different subway or you’ll regret it.
The workers there are amazing and respectful theyre very clean and give awesome service
This location chooses the time they’d like to close each night because it’s sure enough NOT the time posted online or on there front door.
Food was 100% rotted, I had a stomach virus for 3 days straight. Stay FAR FAR away

I eat here often and will not be coming back to this subway.on friday eve recently I came to this subway and had some young guy working had a serious attitude problem from the moment I started ordering my sandwiches for myself and my kids, first he got annoyed at the paper not coming out of the box so he starting yanking them out huffing and puffing or maybe he was annoyed that i was ordering 3 sandwiches. he did not wear a hair net which is unsanitary when working around food, then when he put olives on sandwich one look like it had fungus or some sort of white sauce on it and i ask him to remove one olive and because he did not see the olive he threw a fit and swipe off the olives in an unruly manner, i ask what his attitude problem , i did not think it was too much of me to ask not to have fungus on my sandwich and when i ask who is manager was he gave me more attitude and was like do you want the sandwich or not. granted before his attitude i did not ask to re make sandwich or say i did not want it , i was simply asking to remove one olive and if that makes me a bad customer then so be it. Basically I have never been treated this way ever, and the lady's that work there are always pleasant always patient but he was the rudest person ever! I was very dis satisfied and left angry and 0 sandwiches because I refuse to let someone throw a fit like a child and act like he did not want to help me in first place , Subway you should take more consideration on who you hire.
