No waitress to take your order...impersonal....cheap. I'm done with them. Lived in Florida 10 years used to love them. Just a matter of time before they are belly up.
Tried their new ordering set-up at their new digital menus inside. No wait staff needed now. Just order and grab a booth.Clean and comfortable. Manager and a server take care of everything. The best steakburgers, fries, onion rings, made to order. And even better, the Shakes! Told the manager I like the new set-up.
Always great food. Sometimes the service is slow but I understand the staffing problem. Thank you for making delicious food.
A bit odd that they would only take one order and then cook that order before taking another order which caused me to wait about half an hour, but the food was great and was fresh.
An easy quick and greasy dinner. I like the new kiosks to order. I feel bad it means fewer employees but I feel like it's more efficient and you have the ability to really customize your order if you desire.
Loved the onion rings, thin-cut fries and hamburger. Great, friendly service. Young woman was very helpful at the kiosk.
It's our weekly stop and never disappoints. The food is always fresh, fries are hot and the milkshakes delicious. The self serve ordering and drinks seems much quicker.
One of my go to favorite spots for a delicious burger and the most delicious shakes! Plus shakes are half off for lunch (2pm - 4pm) Garlic burger is my absolute favorite. Once you try it you will get addicted.??
Nothing beats a well built delicious burger and shake. The pinnacle of fast food joints. The food actually looks like it does on the menu. You can't beat this place for quality fast food.
We go to Boca/ Delray multiple times a year, EVERY TIME, we manage a meal or 2 at Steak n' Shake. Food is consistently delicious; burgers are done to perfection; fries are heavenly, and milkshakes are a prelude to what you'll get in heaven. The place is always clean, and the service is particularly good.
