So I go into the new Starbucks on Atlantic Ave. off of Hagen Ranch. I attempt to order a Strawberry Acai with Lemonade. The drink includes STRAWBERRY'S. That is how it is suppose to be prepared. When I ordered the drink the shift manager informed me that they were "OUT" of Lemonade. Ok, I'll try it without Lemonade! I waited for the drink to be made. Unfortunately, I was nowinformed me that they were out of Strawberry's as well. The only thing I was left with was the "Acai". Why couldn't the shift manager use his nogin and send someone to a nearby Starbucks to get the ingredients. Harvey Shultz must be crying what they did to his company.
I go to Starbucks roughly twice a day and am always taken care of very well but this experience was the best by far. Amaris was amazing, super nice, and genuine ! 10/10 experience.
We try to stop in this particular Starbucks at least once a week. Good service
Ordered a cup of water and a coffee. I was the only one in the store. I waited 15 minutes before asking about my order. They said “ oh it’s over here” and pulled it from behind the counter near the drive thru. They were too busy talking about going out, that all 5 workers were just standing around. 2 ladies from the drive thru came in and complained about theirs being wrong and taking forever because “all employees were just standing around talking”
Ordered a venti coffee through drive thru. It was lukewarm, probably due to the milk not being steamed. Asked for a new one. Received another cup halfway filled with coffee and the rest foam. I did not pay for a grande drink, but had already left the drive thru lane. Not surprised prior reviews are saying similar things.
always the best coffee! experiment everywhere in the US! tried the iced coffees with the special syrups, you won't regret it.
Super rude staff. I ordered ahead and someone else took my order and the staff said “oh well can’t help you”.Probably the only time I have ever witnessed customer service like that at starbucks
If I could 0 stars I would. I have made multiple complaints to customer service, the district manager, the store manager and have received no resolution. I am a healthcare worker so I utilize uber eats to have my SHAKEN EXPRESSO DELIVERED. I SPEND ROUGHLY $28 FOR A VENTI, BREAKFAST SANDWICH AND TIP. IVE SPENT ABOUT $200 IN ORDERS THAT WERE NOT CORRECT AND MISSING ITEMS. IVE RECEIVED COLD SOGGY SANDWICHES, A SHAKEN EXPRESSO WITH ONLY 6 SHOTS OF PLAIN EXPRESSO IN A CUP, DRINKS WITH INSTRUCTIONS NOT FOLLOWED. THEY EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME AN EMPTY VENTI CUP THAT SAID SORRY NO COCONUT MILK. SO THEY DRINKS I PAY WELL OVER $16.00 FOR GETS COMPLETELY IGNORED. YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS A WASTE. YOUR NEW STORE MANAGER BLEW ME OFF LAST WEEK AFTER VISITING THE STORE FOR A 3RD TIME ON MY LUNCH BREAK. STARBUCKS I AM WAITING FOR AN APOLOGY AND I EXHAUSTED MY REFUND OPTION WITH UBER HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED BECAUSE YOUR STAFF IS NOT EFFICIENT IN WHAT THEY DO! I AM STILL WAITING FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER CALL BACK, APOLOGY, REFUND. I AM MORE THAN A REGULAR CUSTOMER.I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE SPECIAL RECOGNITION TO MORGAN AND GENESIS FROM MY ORIGINAL STARBUCKS STORE. THEY ARE TRUELY AMAZING, CARING, EFFICIENT,PROFESSIONAL,AND HAVE NEVER DROPPED THE BALL NOR CAUSED ME A PROBLEM.
Waited forever, asked for a large and gave me a small and it was literally half way filled after the foam. HORRIBLE
I love Starbucks coffee. Will always go back there..
