This place has gone downhill. I stopped by at 1:50 in the afternoon to get a black decaf. They looked at me and told me that they didn’t have any decaf. They didn’t offer to make any either. They just stared at me. So disappointing. I will not be back.

Rude careless staff, who did not even somewhat pay attention to what was going on. Or what we ordered. Made the drinks wrong. Put one into two cups stuck together and the lid keeps popping off and spilled onto my legs and burned me!
