Forgot to give us chips on a pick up order. I called to let them know. They said they were sorry and if I drove back to the restaurant they’d give them to me. No other offer to help. I’m not going back.
They have bring your food out a little too quickly at Senor Burrito, which can be explained by the clearly microwaved nachos and burritos and canned refried beans they serve. Ordered a plate of nachos for 11 bucks; they brought out 10 chips with taco bell beans and microwaved cheese. NEVER COME HERE!
Lol. I’ve never been ignored at a restaurant like tonight in my entire life. Fun fact, only 4 tables were in the entire place. How do you not even check on your table after they get their food when there’s literally 8 ppl in the building. I ate bland food because I could ask anyone for hot sauce and had one drink because server never came to check on us during our entire meal. I had to ask the busser for my check. Do. Better. Senor burrito. Such a shame.
Service was ok... this place is literally the "whitest" Mexican food ever... salsa is basically crushed tomatoes with no flavor. Basic menu with not many items you would be looking for. Bland tasting luke warm food. It is missing the Mex in the Mexican restaurant. I understand why it is so dimlit, so youcan't see the food....Will not be coming back.
Order taco plate, rice, beans not even close as Chicago Mexican food.Parking is limited.Premises, mini bar but I did not see bartender, music on the radio. Light was dim, no electricity, I don't know how you could be open with no electricity.Waitress host when I went to pay, told me tip is not included in the bill, very rude to tell customers while I left tip on the table.Note: King David the food critic will not return.
Amazing!!! All the food was good.. we might come back tomorrow! Service was great. Will be back 100% and become regulars here.
We walked in at 8:30. No one greeted us. They finally gave us an option to sit at the bar or a high top when booths were available. They kept walking past us and stated that they wouldn’t let us sit at a booth as they “might get a party”. So we left. Very rude
This place has truly gone down hill. Big shame. It used to be really good back in 2010.
It was horrible the sauce on my burrito too salty no taste . No napkins on utensils. The worst place . I rather go to lime .
The food was great and the service ok, a bit slow because it so popular and the place was packed. I would have enthusiastically given a 5, except the AC was not working well and it was unbearably warm.
