Occasionally, our office is in the mood for a good sub and everyone asks for Sandwiches by the Sea. Enough said. In a world of fast unhealthy food, It's nice to still have high quality, privately owned businesses to support. 10/10
Dropped into this small place needing lunch yesterday, and what a delight! Wonderful chicken salad and tuna salad wraps, frozen yoghurt strawberry shakes, and great service, despite their huge demand at lunch time. Great place!
Good sandwiches at a decent price! They prefer cash and there is a minor fee for credit cards (it was like $1 extra). Quick and easy!

I was totally surprised by this place having no expectations whatsoever.For real the best Italian sub I’ve ever had (including some well known places around the country). Service was also great, the sub was done before I had time to pay.Just really high quality ingredients (something about the provolone and Italian dressing flavor combo..) and I appreciate that they slice the onion paper thin. Order it with with Mayo and enjoy it’s no joke

Best sandwiches in town. Best group of guys working here. Potato Salad is better than any I've ever had. Sandwiches are ready within 1-2 Minutes after ordering. Place is really the quickest, best place to get lunch. Quality of food and Freshness of Ingredients is 10/10.
Super fast and super tasty! Left the beach, got the food and was back to the beach all within 15 minutes :) couldn’t ask for more!
