I just got a menu & wanted to try it out for the 1st time. I got there at 4:40pm & a brunette haired girl with really really short Daisy Duke shorts on tells me they're closed. I replied don't you close at 5pm & her answer to me with an annoyed look was "we're closed"... I guess I'll never know how the food is... I will never bother going there again! Really nice customer service GOOD LUCK SANDWICH MAN!!!
Ordered off of Uber Eats.My co-worker and I have ordered their Micheal Angelo sandwich from here in the past and completely raved about it. This time around I ordered one regular and one with special instructions,along with a cannoli. I have to say my order this time was VERY disappointing. They did not send a regular sandwich they sent two with just lettuce tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. I literally threw half of mine ( it was suppose to be regular) in the trash. The bread was super soggy as if they poured the special sauce on the bread, and it truly did not have the same taste to it. The cannoli fell apart ( hollow in the center, covered in powder sugar) and sprinkled powdered sugar ALL over the place.Truly did not enjoy this order at all. When I called to let them know I was told to get a refund I would have to contact Uber Eats. Don't use these services, if you are local just order through the store direct. Hopefully if something goes wrong they will be able to assist you instead of just dismissing your incorrect order. Honestly disappointed, sorry I'm not sure I will purchase from here again.
Not sure what has happened to this place. Never follow instructions. Asked for extra onions on my sub and found only 3 tiny pieces. Chicken fry and never found the cheese

This a 5 star sandwich place all the way! Great food, friendly staff. Helpful management if there is ever an issue. If you are considering a sandwich from here, go for it. You won't be disappointed!!Also please accept my apology for this next part. I think you guys are great.....but stick with a sandwich and avoid the pizza.
I get my morning pick up from The Sandwich Man! My coffee with my lightly toasted Semolina is sometimes all I need to start my day! Every now & then I get daring and I add a melted slice of cheese & tomatoes(Muenster or Mozzarella )to take my meal to the next level!?
Great subs and friendly staff, got in and out quickly on a workday. I would definitely come here again.
I don’t know if they are under new management or a new cook but the quality has severely dropped off. I’ve been going here for almost a decade and hands down they were the best. But last week I got and inedible burger that was flat out disgusting. And on my sub they gave me rancid turkey. I’ve kept the turkey for testing and already reported them to foodsafety.gov because they actually gave me food poisoning. Something needs to happen because this place used to be amazing. Also I ordered and Italian and they put very little pepperoni or salami trying to be cheap. I paid for a double meat and they only gave me extra rancid turkey. Yea I’m sure you guys remember my order. You guys used my sub to get rid of your rancid turkey.
