Good healthy quick bite! I got a salad, platters, a quesadilla and desserts. The tomatoes were amazing - salad is a must try! I’ll skip on the quesadilla- it was so small. Some desserts like flan were frozen so I couldn’t eat it, so I would stick with 3 leches. Platters were big and delicious.Heads up, if you’re ordering drivethru, check your order…it’s been 2 times since they missed an item. Taste’s good tho!
How are people supposed to know what they want to eat when the light up menus are broken and they dont even have a menu to look at... ridiculous
I had not eaten Pollo Tropical in years since there are none where I live. They added a lot of things to their menu like Churrasco( not sure if is good)They no longer sell Jupina, Coco Rico and Materva( very disappointing). We ordered Yuca and it was fried...dry. I ate the Yucca because we paid for it but not because it taste well. The chicken was dry too. Old Pollo from years back was better. Pollo Tropical in Miami is still good! At least I got my desire to eat here over with. Checked off my list. Perhaps its better at another location besides in Miami. Its a quick and inexpensive meal.
Omgee where do I begin. That shrimp/chicken/steak trio with black beans, brown rice and grilled onions was so delicious I could eat it everyday as long as it's on the menu that is what I will order every time. I thought I was in cuba ? oh and I brought a side of the mini beef empanadas they were great also I dipped them in the cilantro garlic sauce. My my my my tummy was well pleased.
Good food, but check your order before you leave. With this and the other location, both seem to just leave stuff out (major components, like rice and meat).

Friendly staff, good food and even in rush hour they prepare the food fast. This is one of my go too polo tropical locations I always revisit almost daily when I'm feeling for a tropichop or quarter chicken rice n beans. ?
PolloTropical’s Menu is food that I love and is as close to home as possible. I enjoy going to the Linton Blvd location near I95. This location is always clean and fresh when you enter, the staff is very attentive and greats me with awwwee, I always get the food I ordered, it is always fresh, hot and fully seasoned to the bone, yes I chew my bones because that’s how good it is. I believe this lady is the Manager she has a beautiful face, long hair and very Pleasant, every time I go there she always have her team together, fully staffed I think and they are neatly dressed in their uniform and I admire her quickness. I believe she said her name was Kim. Another employee that was extremely pleasant and you can see the smile in her eyes, I believe her name is Anasea, I am not sure. This is a good Restaurant with good food. Thank you guys every time for a wonderful service.
They made a mistake on my order and replaced it without a problem. Excellent service excellent management excellent food thank you.
