The food took too long. When finally the food came out, the teriyaki chicken tasted like lighter fluid. It was horrible. My husband had the Mongolian beef, and the same lighter fluid taste on his beef. When we got home my husband started to feel sick. Around 3am he threw up several times during the night. Today, he feel really nauseous, and barely can eat right now. I do not recommend this restaurant. The service is mediocre, and the food is horrible.
The food is usually good, but tonight I ordered Kung pao shrimp with out peanuts and I opened it and the first thing I saw was a peanut, they made a new order. When I got home the rice was mushy. I also ordered the firecracker chicken with fry rice mushy as well
We like to carry out and take Pei Wei to the beach and eat while the sun sets. My rating would have been a 2 star but I gave them an extra star for the efficient carryout delivery process. You order and pay online. You drive over, pull up in front, text them, and they bring your order out to your car. Very efficient! However …. The food was rather mediocre. General Tso chicken and firecracker chicken over brown rice. Both were rather gummy and fairly bland. We will give them another chance of course but if tonight was any indication, this restaurant chain is not what it used to be.
Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and egg rolls this evening, went to pick it up. Once I got home, started eating the rice and pulled out a long black hair, I threw the food out that is disgusting! Never will I eat there again. DO BETTER!!
The food is great and comes out quickly. I do enjoy the convenience of grabbing my online order off the rack in front, but I once had someone take my food before I arrived and then had to wait while more food was made. Everyone was nice about it and helpful, but it was a little inconvenient having to wait longer.

Horrible customer service experience! I placed an order for delivery and it was cancelled for no apparent reason. I didn't get notified. Then i called the delivery and they said the restaurant cancelled. So i placed the order again. After 30 minutes it was cancelled again! So I wasted 2 hrs waiting for food that never arrived. I called the manager told him the situation. He even said a driver showed up for my food!!! And still he made zero attempt to make my order or contact me. He just blamed the delivery. Wow!!! Horrible service
Delrays Pei Wei location is the best store by far I am always happy with the Mongolian Beef from there. The Boynton location has really gone down hill and I won't order from there anymore which is a shame cause I live closer to that store.
Favorite Pei Wei location by far. Excellent service, delicious food served with smiling faces in a clean environment. The staff here is professional and attentive to the customer's needs.
