They are great they're doing the best they can to make everyone happy best pizza place to go
This papa johns is the closest to me so I try to order from here. It never fails that each time I order there is a problem with the delivery. They end up never delivering my pizza but definitely charging me. Just this past Tuesday, the same thing happen again. I contacted the store, where a manager by the name of Nicole spoke to me and assured me that my money would be refunded since the driver never made to me with my pizza and he was back at the store. Today I call back because the amount cleared from my account and it was never refunded only to receive the worst customer service experience. Nicole (manager) left me on hold and would not take my calls only to send some other girl to tell me to dispute it with my bank. This place is a joke.. I will be contacting corporate for a formal complaint being that this is an ongoing issue with this location. Anyone makes a mistake or 2… but EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?! Something is definitely wrong!
Another great Papa John's pizza
Absolutely disgusting. I placed an order to wait over 49 mins. Only for my food to arrive and be placed on the ground by their driver. He had absolutely no regard his placed my order on the floor. This happened to my neighbor and I said no way! And now myself. Your drivers need training.

I’ve ordered from this store plenty of times. But the last 2 times has been really bad. Over and hour and a half. Our pizza was cold, our driver got lost and drove back to the store without a word. This most recent time we gave the driver step by step instructions and he said he was giving up and going back to the store. I called the store to complain and NO ONE answered the phone. I called multiple times and no answer at all. The professionalism or lack thereof is appalling. I won’t be ordering from this store again. Customer service is abhorrent. Will be contacting corporate as soon as I’m done writing this review.
Nothing but good things to say about this specific Papa John’s. From the moment we ordered over the phone until pick up, the staff was very friendly, professional and timely. (During the Super Bowl) The whole team seemed to be working hard and Briahna, (excuse my spelling) was excellent. Gotta give credit, where credit is due! - Sgt. Khan USMC
Last time ordering papa johns. Ordered 2 pizzas to my house and waited.... A hour later 1 pizza shows up at my door. After opening I realize it was not mine and hope after breathing on it it was not delivered to the customer. Another half hour goes by and nothing happens. No calls made to me and no pizza. 1.5 hours later from the original order my pizzas show up. 1 luke warm and one cold. $47 for two pizzas and neither of them were hot or fresh. The wait is bad enough but it would of been worth it if the pizza's were hot.
Call,Listen to juvenile recording for 20 minutes, Speak to store,Place order, be told it will arrive in 40 minutes, Wait over 1 hour, call store again,Listen to 20 minute juvenile recording again,Speak to store employee again,Be told they are very busy.Order arrives, in batches,Shop elsewhere next time,Papa John's has gone too far downhill.Be warned.
Awful service.. they are 10 minutes away from me.. ordered my pizza hour and 45 minutes ago and still didn’t get it. Never going to order papa John’s again.
