Such a pleasant & well deserved evening out.. During hard times, Outback was the first place we wanted to dine at — when we could. My boyfriend & I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn; our server who made the experience THAT much better. A friendly face who happens to be a friendly local face as well! Very attentive & personable. He even gave me an application & a reference! Food was great as always, service was better than ever & I’d say it was a successful Saturday night! :)
My husband and I were looking for a quick quiet place to stop for lunchWe have been to the Outback in the pastBut not for a very long timeThe service was excellent. The waiter especially attentive and very knowledgeable .We were pleased to discover and sample some delicious lunchesMy Ceaser Salad with Grilled Shrimp on the barbie with the dressing on the side was very tasty.Al though we were too early for H.H.There were a nice selection of cold and frozen drinks at reasonable prices.
We were in the mood to try something different so I ordered take out from this Outback (big mistake). I was enticed by the picture of the blooming burger when ordering online and received an over cooked charred patty the size of a kids burger from McDonald’s with a couple lousy strips of the blooming onion on top (pictured below). Orders the blue cheese chopped salad for my girlfriend and it was missing the blue cheese. The cheese fries ordered with the burger were terrible. I will never return or advise anyone to waste their hard earned money here expecting a good meal.
I don't know where to begin been trying how to write this review for a week. This happened on Labor Monday... So many things went wrong, where the 1st issue should have been obvious. The company says they accept gift cards payment and it even has an option for one to use it online when ordering the food. But at lass there system dose not accept gift card payments. Went to pick up the order as mentioned to wait outside curbside first time doing this. Waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the food nothing. Went inside thinking the restaurant was full... No it was empty. I asked for some help asked the bar tender and she asked for some one to meet me regarding a pickup even though the online system said curbside. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes. At this point I was hungry have not eaten since the prior dads lunch. Finally someone meet me an gave me my food. I asked is every thing that was ordered in the bag. His comment was yes. Got to my brothers home and none of the food containers was marked. If the system asked you to mark the food for who it is for they should have added the names to each. When we began opening and eating the food there where it's missing. The loaded baked potato they just tossed a potato inside. Missing the extra veggies that was asked for, with a number of things. ... Don't go to this restaurant... I could not go back and tell them all the extra stuff that was ordered is missing since they would normally Spit in the customers food that's what works will do when a customer complain. Also the food tastes like it was cooked in old disgusting oil where it has never been cleaned.
I went for lunch today, if you didn’t know they have a lunch special from 12 to 4. My wife had some prime rib sandwich and I had the sirloin steak. The place wasn’t busy and the server was very nice and attentive. The food was very good.I had recently eaten at Texas De Brazil in Palm Beach and paid 4 times the price and the food sucked.
In Delray Beach, the server Patrick was super friendly and was very happy! Really made my outings with my parents really special! The food was amazing and I have a perfect portion for a second meal tomorrow. Definitely be sure to come here and ask to sit in Patrick's section. Emily is awesome!! She remembers my name, my wine preference, my favorite food order, and the fact I'm atkins lifestyle. I haven't been here in MONTHS! And she still recognized me. Food is awesome as always. Service is always spot on. 6 stars!
Dining at Outback tonight was a pleasant surprise. Service was excellent . Aubry was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Wine pours were generous and filets were cooked to order. Our plates were cleared efficiently and even the manager was going around checking on everything. Couldn’t have gotten better service at a high end restaurant on Atlantic. Great Value.
I haven’t been to outback in years but my significant other suggested we go there for lunch today and the food was great but on top of that, our waitress, Cara gave us a service that was fantastic and she is the sweetest and nicest! She was attentive, showed care, her personality was refreshing and down to earth, she was very prompt with our requests, she came by our table the perfect amount of times instead of constantly asking how we are doing. She gave us the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. Request her when you go to this location and remember to tip your waitress well!
Tonight we ate at the 1300 Linton boulevard location. Our waiter's name was Brody and he was amazing, not only as our server but an awesome person. He really made our experience wonderful. He took time to chat with us and was very thoughtful. He asked all the right questions as he took our order and made sure he checked on us. We will definitely ask for Brody when we come back although I don't see him being a server for too long. He has way too much potential and is very responsible!Go for it Brody, you can do whatever you want!
