I stopped in this location because I was kind of in a hurry to get something to eat and purchase my regular at McDonald's a McDouble no pickle. I will have to say Not only was the service good at the drive through window but the McDouble was excellent the best one I've ever had at any McDonald's no no exceptions. It really makes me regret that I only have the one close to my work to return to if it all.
I ORDERED A BIG MAC MEAL AND I WAS SO SURPRISED THAT PATTY ON MY BURGER WAS SO THIN, LIKE A SLICE OF CHEESE ONLY SMALLER. I THINK THE CHEESE WAS THICKER THAN THE BURGER BEFORE IT MELTED. THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE, THE BUN WAS BIGGER THAN THE PATTY. I WASTED GAS TO PICK THIS UP. YOU SHOULD REALLY CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE TO DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MEAT TO MAKE DECENT SIZE PATTIES FOR THE BURGERS, OR MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHANGE THE NAME BIG MAC TO MINI MAC.
Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Used the app and waited outside for 20 minutes. Went in and it was sitting there cold. They refused to remake it. He grabbed some fries and said im not sure how but they are still warm. The food was disgusting. Another time I went I asked for a ice coffee with no sugar. Coffee only had sugar in it. Asked again for Coffee with no sugar. Got a Vanilla coffee with sugar. Asked again for NO sugar and got extra sugar in my coffee. Said I want NO sugar just cream and she replied so you dont want surgar? The manager even said I dont know what to say, they dont listen to me. You can bet I will never come here for food again. Cant wait till they tear it down and put a sonic here.
I was picking up an Uber Eats order and I’ve been waiting for someone in the drive thru forever I went to the window to the door and no one showed up. HORRIBLE. I don’t understand what they are doing in there when the drive thru was full and everybody waiting for at least 10 minutes. It says open until 4 am and I saw the orders ready at the window but no one was there to assist their costumers. They should get fired
Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. No communication at drive thru intercom, so I drove up to the window to notify the CSR I had a mobile order and ask whether they were currently serving customers. CSR responded "I don't know, I just got here" and walked away from the window. After waiting for a couple minutes assuming she would return at some point (she didn't), I left to go elsewhere. Ten minutes later my credit card was charged for the mobile order I never received. Absolutely ridiculous.
Clean friendly and fast
Waited 25 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich, got it cold with no spicy suace. This place is a joke!If you like attitude's and wrong orders that take 4 times the average wait, YOU COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!Disrespectful!Dirty!Sticky tables!Cold Food!Wrong orders!Sarcastic staff!Dont waste your money!
I had to wait at the drive through while the person was finishing his breakfast and 2 other people I could inside were eating a banana and drinking a soda. First and last time I'll go here on the way to work at 7AM.
This McDonald's is having a bit of a renaissance, not sure what happened but the staff is a lot better and the quality of the food is as well. I usually do drive-thru at this location and the team members who manages to do a fantastic job.
Went to this place this afternoon girl at the window have the nastiess attitude I can ever experience. They talk about BLM but guess what we are our own enemies just hate and each other for absolutely nothing. If you hate your job so much it's easier to quick.
