The lines get pretty long at night, almost every night but the staff is efficient. It's cool watching them make the cones and other treats from the window and the ice cream is delicious.
Kilwins is your to go for a good quality ice cream whether is rum raisin, toasted coconut, fudge brownie, dolce de leche, or cappuccino, you wont regret it. They also have many bark options, cookies, caramel krispie, twist, butter cup, graham, tuttle, truffle, and more. If you have a specific request including cakes or even the world famous pralines cookies.
Ordered a freshly packed quart of cake batter ice cream, their specialty, and Was still cold when I got home. The staff was friendly, as always. Also took home a package of drinking chocolate and square marshmallows. When I asked them to interpret the expiration date on the package, the staff did their best to find out. Although there was no clear answer, their advice to me was to keep it in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, and to enjoy my products in the near future. I would highly recommend any Kilwins, but especially this location for their friendly staff! Would come back.
Quite nice location. Great place to get some chocolate and ice cream any time of the day. We love to stop here after a nice dinner in the area.

Never miss this ice cream place during your visit to Delray Beach. They have the best ice creams and chocolates. Whenever you will be passing this place you won’t be able to resist yourself with the fragrance and end up in buying something.
Terrible experience; we took our nut-allergic grandson for ice cream and the server was unpleasant—she agreed to wash the scoop currently in use,, but when we asked her to use a fresh one, she refused. She should also have opened a fresh container of ice cream—not going back there again.
Slow and bad service. Terrible experience at this Kilwins. Was waiting online to pay for ice cream. Person in front of me had large order and was shopping. They opened a second register and started serving people behind me. People who got served after me paid and left the store before me. Was not just one or two but 4 people got served and paid before me.
First time at this kilwins at Del Ray beach location, and I got very disappoint with the size of the scoop I was served. The price should be apply for the size of the scoop. Seems that you pay 5 dollars plus for a kids size of it. Very disappointed. Hope they will realized and fix that.
I had a wonderful experience at this particular Kilwins location thanks to the help of a fantastic young lady working there. Jamie was extremely welcoming and enthusiastic and it seems like she takes her job very seriously. She gave me samples of flavors and recommended some great gifts for my grandmother who is in the hospital with cancer . I can’t thank her enough for her help! I will definitely be coming back!
