bad location. Employee was alone and looked mad I even came in. Asked for everything politely, forgot 2 of the items on my sandwich. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service.A new driver lost/didn’t deliver/who knows my order and said they delivered it but I never got it (on the app).I called in and explained the issue. They said that they would have the manager call in the morning as both the driver and the manager had left for the evening.The next day the manger of the location called me and offered me a credit and to tell me that he would figure out what happened. I was happy with that, l was also hungry, so I asked if he could send me my order for lunch lol. He agreed and all was well.The food arrived early, and I called Jimmy John’s and asked for the manager to thank him for his help with sorting out the problem and they said he was out handling a delivery issue from yesterday. I said yes, that’s me. They explained that I probably just met him because he had delivered it himself.Now THATS customer service.Thank you Mr Manager from Jimmy John’s you have a great Team.
Very slow Jimmy Johns, would recommend a different one or a different restaurant altogether.
I haven't received my sandwich yet and will edit upon receipt to at least comment on quality.Order Submitted 12:51, received 12:53. I called at 1:05PM when I realized that my contact information wasn't correct. The system didn't state that the order had gone out, but the individual said he'd have to contact the delivery driver and asked what the delivery address was going to be. Did not ask for the correct contact information. Okay... I guess that's acceptable...At 1:32PM I called again to make sure my order was received since I've never had a Jimmy John's order take this long. I received the most flippant response of, "If you placed the order, we got it." I'm not sure who's training these kids, but it's unfortunate because unless they intend on working there forever, the skills they're acquiring will not get them anywhere.It's now been over an hour since the order had been placed and I'm not sure if I'm more baffled or hangry at this moment.

They closed my local Jimmy John's in New Jersey so I made sure to come here when I was in Florida. They always have the best bread. I like to get the number 17 add cheese add avocado
Operating with only one delivery person. It took over an hour to get one sandwich when I live 5 minutes away from the location.
Had to give directions 4 times to manager and driver. Order was messed up 2x & the service is slow as hell. For some company who prides on fast service, it's a lie @ this location
Your menu in the store doesn’t mention Mayo on your subs like the #13 or #8. Online it says it has Mayo on it. Just say there is Mayo on it. Y keep it a secret? Every sub I get has secret Mayo on it that isn’t on your menu. Another $9 wasted. Everything else is great.
