I was going to a leave a review about my latest experience here tonight and realized what the problem is… DO NOT request a customization (I.e. no Mayo, no vinegar & oil, or add extra tomatoes etc) they intentionally do exactly the opposite. After 6 such “mistakes” right in a row at this location only, I was going to leave a review about it when I started reading their other reviews. 34 out of 54 are that a customization requested was either ignored or the complete opposite done. That isn’t a coincidence. The other problem is the owner is too cheap to give you what you paid for already. I’ve ordered from here about twice a month for the last 6 months. I get a Tuna Sub as a salad (no bread) and request extra onions. When I order extra I get absolutely none. 4 visits in a row I requested extra onions and received none and 2 visits requesting no vinegar or oil on an Italian and receiving a sub drenching wet in vinegar. Tonight I checked the salad for my “extra” onions before leaving and when they weren’t there I asked the owner for the onions I already paid for. The owner said the charge was $3.80 or something for “extra cheese” When I told him I didn’t want extra cheese or ANY cheese, I wanted the onions it *came with* just with a few extra, his response was “do you think we get onions for free?” I responded that I really didn’t care what HE paid for onions but that I paid $18.00 for a sub/salad that came with FREE onions and I wanted them. I wish I could post a picture because he not only slammed my container down so hard on the counter causing it to bend almost in half, but he honestly added 2 onion pieces. Not slices. 2 whole pieces on an $18.00 salad. Now, remember I was paying for a salad that is just the tuna on lettuce, tomato and onion (they dont offer cucumbers, peppers or anything else) Just 2 scoops of Tuna and lettuce, tomato AND ONION and I was treated like I did something wrong for asking for “extra onions.” If this was a place that was super clean or the help was kind and friendly or even if I was getting a sub that the roll or tuna was so good no place else compared I could *almost* justify his rude, cheap behavior. But none of that applies! All I can say is I feel really stupid reading my own review. I have absolutely no idea why I ever returned after this happened the first time. But I know if they allow operators to act like this, I’ll never return to ANY Jersey Mikes.
Italian subs are fantastic, generous meat and cheese, great bread, staff super friendly and helpful
This location is so gross, if there were a health inspection I’m sure they’d fail. They kept throwing my sandwich around the table, which was covered in discarded pieces of food. And the women who work there are so rude, as soon as I ordered they were rolling their eyes and huffing at me. I seriously can’t believe they’re that busy let alone still open.
I concur with the review by 889ahmadc. 3/7/2022 Owner is aggressive and not understanding. I got to the store at around 12:30 pm to pick up an online order I entered at 11:30 am for a regular BLT and chips. The order was not ready and there were 3 people in front of me. The owner said the order was not received on their system from the app. I got a confirmation from the app and the order was paid for. First, I politely asked where my order was and the owner asked me to wait. I waited but then I admittedly got angry when the owner told me the order was not there. He yelled at me after I reiterated that I ordered an hour ago and then he asked me to wait. He worked on other people who ordered after me in person and made me wait despite me placing the order an hour ago. When it was my turn to get served, I was still angry and asked for my food. When he said he did not have the order despite my showing of the mobile app payment, the owner and a patron at the store became rude to me. The patron said I had to respect the store owner because he owned the store. At this point, I said I will wait for a refund as I paid for this order. The owner got testy and threatened to throw me out of the store and to call the cops on me. I left without food or a refund. Never going back to Jersey Mike's. I admit I could have been nicer. No sandwich is worth being threatened with the cops.
Nothing like ordering food and having your order completely wrong. Asked for no oil or vinegar and the sandwich came soaked in it. Bread completely soggy. I could not eat it and had to throw it away so wasted my lunch and money.
I’ve seen some reviews at this location and I gave them a try anyways. I placed a curbside pickup and it was a very welcoming experience. They were gracious and repeated the order to make sure everything was correct before I left. I’m sure since my order was just before closing they would have been happy to just hand me my order and close for the night. But that was not how I was treated. Great job you guys. The subs were exactly as we ordered them and delicious.

Terrible service, unclean conditions at sandwich making area, serving customers out of order, and to top it off the owner sits in the sandwich making area supervising this [email protected] show. Would not recommend, go to wolbrite and congress location instead. Would NOT recommend.
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I walked in and me and my co-worker were immediately harassed. He kept asking if we were going to buy something, when we literally just walked in. The most rude business owner I've ever encountered, don't give this guy business. He clearly doesn't value any of his customers. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT.
If I could give a zero I will never seen a sub place that close at 9pm have no bread at 7pm then employees have a attitude about it
