For one I ordered a MARGARITA pizza.. opened it up and it was definitely not a margarita pizza.. FYI if you guys didn’t know what it is. It’s a simple cheese with basil, fresh sliced tomatoes & scoops of FRESH ricotta on top.. NOT a plain cheese pizza with capers in it ? WHO PUTS CAPERS IN A PIZZA. FYI they do not belong on one. On the top of my DO NOT GO BACK LIST.
Went in on Sunday at around 4:30 pm and sat down to eat. Unfortunately, the menu we received appeared to be limited and only had pizzas, pastas and some dinner items. No sandwiches or anything. We drank one beer and left and went somewhere else to eat. The server was nice and our beers were cold, everything else was blahhhhh.
The calzone was a dry block of ricotta cheese, no egg or moisture or mozzarella. Paid extra for a few mushrooms, a teaspoon of lunchmeat ham and some nasty tasting red onions? The crust was tasteless and the sauce was from a jar! I was going to return it but didn't bother.
Worst pizza I have ever eaten.. maybe it’s because it got here an hour after we ordered or maybe it was over cooked or maybe they just don’t make good pizza.. maybe it’s the water.. I don’t know.. I can make 100 excuses but the cardboard box it came in was the same consistency as the crust..disappointingAdding to this because now I’m even more put off.. After working all day and wanting to get cleaned up and eat a good pizza ( only to be disappointed) I returned the pie to the restaurant so that they knew I’m not one of those people that’s says they don’t like something just to eat it AND get a refund as they offered… as I stepped in I was greeted by a young guy who asked what I needed.. I stated “ I’m returning a pie”.. the woman at the register told me she would be with me in a minute and I stepped aside.. I’m not one to make a fuss in front of other customers who may actually like what they are getting.. as the woman comes around I hand her the receipt and the pizza and I say just credit it back to my wife’s card .. at that I hear a “what’s the problem “ from an older gentleman behind the counter.. I say “it’s dry.. maybe it sat too long” trying my best to be nice.. he replies “maybe it’s YOU!”.. I say excuse me?.. I’ve made many pizzas myself and my family owns pizza restaurants in NY.. to which he replies “yeah right get out of here”.. beyond disgusted with this business and I’m assuming the owner.. would definitely Change my review to a zero if I could but I’ll leave it at the one star for the nice lady who answered the phone and greeted me at the counter
I only gave it a one star bc it makes you at least give 1 star. Jack doesn’t know Jack about pizza. It had no taste, the topping were just a few and looked horrible. It was thin and like cardboard and almost broke a tooth on it. Worst pizza I have ever had.

Absolute best authentic pizza in Delray Beach. Reminds me of real deal New Yorker pizza sauce that we used to get back in the 80s . We ordered a thin white pizza with mozzarella, regatta, mushrooms and fresh basil crispy and was delivered to our house absolutely perfect, trust me you'll never order from another pizza place ever again Jacks has the best pizza in town. We walked in tonight at about 8:30pm and they were closing at 9pm we didn’t know they were closing soon, but my friend drove down from Massachusetts to have their food. One of the owners Margaret was so extremely nice to us! Food was Amazing as usual and service was top notch! 10/10 recommend.

I called at 6:50 PM was asked to hold on, after 5 1/2 minutes I hung up and called again. I gave my info. The lady took my info then said please hold I have to get someone to take your credit card, waited about 2 minutes my card went through and was told delivery would be fifty minutes 50. So I said great. The delivery came AMD the receipt said cash. I don't have cash plus I put it on my card. My delivery person called the restaurant and they did not have my card waited again. I was told the card had to be put through again. I gave my number again they said I have to give it to them again. I said take the food back. O had no food tonight which is why I ordered it was a 20$order. They didn't do anything except hang up. The delivery guy said he understood. I will go hungry tonight for a $20 order. I realize that you are all bison I have been there, but maybe have a better assembly and I do understand you may have trainees, but I am disappointed I have nothing to eat. I don't have much due to a kidney transplant that's why I I orered a small meal. This is only my 3rd order my brother Highly recommended it. So disappointed and HUNGRY. Yay ramen
