I place an online order at 9:35 , it say it would be ready by 9:56 . online it says they close at 11pm , so I get there and the door is locked but I can see someone in in the back walking back and fourth , I knock even yell threw the crack in the door for 15 minutes with no answer but I see her , she finally come and say their close , I say ma’am they took my money online so I’m guessing you guys open, if you guys close I I understand but don’t be listening to music while customers confused or closed the online ordering if you guys closing early . Elsa need more training
My poor son was denied his mischievous minion meal because he looked too old... He is bullied at school for looking old and being tall and this made him cry all night. Thanks a lot to our server Eliza.
Food was perfect piping hot and delicious, my server Makayla was so kind and upbeat, the location is right next to everything and oh boy the pancakes ? phenomenal
Worst IHOP in all of Palm Beach County. One star is one too many. Main dishes was served, minus the side items, my omelet did not include all the fixings. We had to wait for our sides to come out. He ordered toast, I ordered pancakes with strawberries and whip cream. Pancakes were plain. By the time the sides came out our omelets were cold. I sent mine back. I did not get to eat my breakfast. The manager never came to our table to see what was wrong. I had to get up and go find her. All the manager kept did was tell me how great Kris is. Kris J is horrible! Drinks were not refilled either.
Pretty good for breakfast although the waitress service is not great as far as you know taking care of giving you additional water or extra coffee things like that.
This is the worst IHOP location ever after waiting for over 1 hr and a half for our food they served the wrong order and vegetables that they served was old and rotten!They talk over the food and hands over the rim of the glass cups when deliveringNo one works in there with a sense of urgencyPoor customer service. Poor quality of food.Poor sanitation there was fruit flies flying around our table.Corporate really needs to step in this location is a huge liability to the entire organization.
Food is always great at IHOP but some of the Common Sense today is just not there. I was given a plastic fork to stir my honey into my hot tea... um no! hello? Plastics are not safe in hot water to drink. It's almost like some people think that their body is a toxic waste dump that can take anything. Um no it cannot. It was not the waitress fault as she said that all of the silverware was in the dishwasher.

It's a newer iHop. Basically moved from a couple miles north a few years ago. It is clean and well cared for. The staff is pleasant and helpful.I have dined in and ordered take-out. The take out was prepared with attention. Dining in can be more hit or miss depending on how busy. It's not a matter of tastiness but more of a visual presentation.So you're looking to grab a quick meal. Give it a try.
This is a very nice IHOP. My wife and I really appreciated that they were open on Thanksgiving. We don't eat meat/turkey so it's nice to go to IHOP every year. The staff was excellent and the meal was great!
