Beautiful accommodations for a wedding. We rented a suite for my daughter’s wedding. We had the bridesmaids, bride and groom’s mother in the suite the day of the wedding plus the 2 hair and makeup ladies. The suite was the perfect size, with a beautiful view and perfect lighting for our makeup. The staff were excellent and excited for our wedding as if we had known them. They were also polite and helpful. Thank you for such a beautiful stay.
The cleaning lady used the bath towel to clean the inside of the toilet and then she used the exact same towel to clean the vanity top. This totally freak me out and I don’t dare to stay in any hotels in the future. Something really needs to be done to change the procedure of cleaning, otherwise it will hurt Hyatt brand seriously.

I enjoyed a comfortable/clean room while staying in Delray that was conveniently located to good restaurants and nightlife. Also, the beach was a reasonable distance away for walking. If I can get the price down some, I’d be willing to stay again.
Location is great and walkable to everything, including the beach.. They also have freebie ride in the city and it was even easier to get around.. Rooms are decent with comfortable mattresses, decent breakfast, good service.. parking is not free ... The hotel was at full capacity when we were there but we never felt too crowded .. I would stay there again
Nice area, and great restaurants near. Very close to Delray Beach. I recommend this place for both business and pleasure! very friendly environment all the people including housekeeping were very attentive!
Couldn’t ask for nicer staff. Shout out for Donna ! Rooms very very generous size and very clean. Highly recommend and will be back . Prices are reasonable and breakfast included too!!
This hotel is such a joke. Went down here for a wedding and had a decent stay at the hotel until our second night, when another couple was given a key to our room and walked in on my fiancee and I. This was a total invasion of privacy and just completely unacceptable management of the reservations. I then reviewed my credit card and have in insane amount of charges for well over the rate of the hotel. It looks like I've been charged for 2 or maybe even 3 hotel rooms. I have called relentlessly for the last three weeks to no response, no one returning my voicemails, and I don't know how else to get this resolved. Hopefully someone will see this and reach out, but I would stay away given the experience I had.
Went for a wedding and accommodated us with a very early check in. Staff was superb and very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great,very hot and delicious.
I scheduled a stay at the Hyatt in Delray, but unfortunately, I fell ill prior to leaving home. I called the hotel prior to check-in and was told that they would take care of it, and that a manager might call me back if they needed anything. When I followed up after the charge was not removed from my credit card, I was given a totally different story. The woman I spoke to during the second call was rude and indifferent. If she was more companionate, I would be more willing to write it off. Now I am on a mission.
