Yummy drinks! Excellent Mexican/Columbian cuisine! Great service!

This was my second time eating here. The first time the restaurant was pretty empty and service was good. Natalie was our server and she was attentive. The Sangria, Margaritas and chips were good. The atmosphere was very nice so we came back.Second time was Mother's Day. We walked in and they had live music, and it started off well. Natalie just happened to be our server again. It wasn't very busy, there were about 4 tables occupied including ours. Our food was delivered and they forgot to bring the tortillas for my son. Five minutes passed and I asked a passing server if she could bring the item. She said she would relay the message to Natalie. We didn't see Natalie for some time. Another 15 minutes passed I again asked the same server if she wouldn't mind just bringing us the item. She pointed to the flour tortillas on the table. I advised her those belonged to my daughter. They were not the corn ones my son wanted. 10 more minutes passed and Natalie approached our table. By then it was over 30 minutes after our food was delivered. My sons food was untouched and cold. Natalie seemed frustrated that he no longer wanted the meal and with an attitude said she would take it off the bill. My son left the restaurant upset. She came back shortly after with the bill and apologized.I approached the manager, Jermaine to express my frustration. He didn't care and angrily told me they took the item off the bill. I told him, of course they did, the meal was untouched. He told me it was hard to find people who actually wanted to work and that he has to work with the staff he has. He was unapologetic and when I tried to tell him that he was very nasty and told us to never come back. As a manager, he could've apologized, maybe offered a solution so we would come back. Instead he made it 10x worse. I will never eat here again.

I’ve eaten here several times when in town to visit family and really loved the food! They have both Mexican and Colombian dishes, which are both authentic and very tasty. The staff are all very friendly and speak both English and Spanish. Some of my favorite dishes I recommend are the Churrasco, chicken mole, fajita quesadilla, or Hawaiian chicken. I also really like their blended fruit juices (with milk). If you’re looking for a tasty place to eat with a really fun atmosphere you won’t be disappointed!

Have been to Hacienda several times, but this was our first Cinco de Mayo there. They were poorly prepared for the event, with a shortage of bartenders. We had to yell down a bartender every time we needed something. We waited 45 minutes for our food, then finally flagged down a manager to see what was happening with our order. Ten minutes later we received COLD food, and my order was wrong. But rather than wait another hour, we just ate the cold, wrong food. No one ever checked back with us and the bartenders were obviously interested in serving drinks and not in food orders. People on both sides of us were equally frustrated. Bartenders should have been assigned sections at the bar so they could provide good service instead of being overwhelmed. Was very disappointed in the Hacienda Cinco de Mayo celebration. Will say that the music was fun to listen to and enhanced the festivities. The poor service and cold, wrong food order, ruined what should have been a fun event.

Love this place love music on Friday and always great food

My waitress was Andrea and she was a total nightmare. Terrible customer service. Im a local & was looking for a new mexican spot. Never coming back again. $16.75 for the worlds smallest chimichanga. I said asked if I could order something else because it was so small. She insisted I needed to pay for it. Total attitude. If you want a better mexican experience go to Casa Tequila on Glades & the Turnpike. By the way, for $1.50 more you can get 2 small chimichangas but they dont even mention that.

First time visiting and it was very good. From their chips and salsa to their natural juice was delicious. I had the shrimp tacos and it was very flavorful.

Food was delicious. Came out fast. We had a party of 7 and the amount of food they give you is amazing. We each took food home because it was so much. The chips and salsa were delicious as well... will keep recommending to others.

Food is great, service fast & margaritas are out of this world!

Only just found this place when our other lunch place was closed. Really large inside, decor is bright colors, lots of TVs, fun atmosphere. Went on a Saturday night and they had live music, so much fun. The food was great. I had Chicken fajitas, mouth-watering delicious. Real, fresh, homemade chips on the table. Real flour or corn tortillas and a very friendly wait staff. Such a pleasant surprise, we will be back often.
