The guy who works late nights here is a sweetheart! Best service ever. Super friendly as well. I drive from boca to this location because of him. Best experience. Ice cream is always so delicious. Thank you for everything !!
Great location. Came about 20 minutes til close and had fantastic service. Always love a hot fudge, Carmel sundae with Caramel waffle cone ice cream.

Horrible customer service!!! It was male and female on a shift of Halloween night 31/10/2021. I walk to the store around 9:30pm, wanted to order a milk shake, bathroom was locked and employees told me that I need to buy before I go use the restroom, stuff was very rude, stuff didn’t have they are badge with a names on a T-shirts and when I asked to provide they are names - they are didn’t answered, they are was very very very rude! Do not recommend this location, stuff is unprofessional and employees who was on the shift need to be trained or faired. Male employee was sitting on a table behind the counter, this is completely against the rules.
I unwittingly came 15 minutes before close and after realizing it. I apologized and was going to leave but Daniela sunnily insisted that I grab some ice cream. She proceeded to give me a great recommendation as we discussed our similar taste in music. Good ice cream and even better customer service.
The Haagen Dazs ice cream is great! One of the best dessert places on atlantic avenue. The workers are friendly and the flavor selection has never dissapointed!
Exactly what you expect for Haagen Daz retail icecream store! I had an icecream sundae with hot chocolate sauce. Fantastic! You can't be seen in public eating bread products in Boca, but you get a pass on icecream.
Great place to eat ice cream, not only the ice creams are good but customer service is excellent, we had the dulce de leche sundae and we switched the bananas for Oreos. Excellent!
