On 2 separate occasions I’ve found COCKROACHES in my pizza. When I called I was told by a very disrespectful receptionist that the manager was making pizzas and won’t come to the phone. Also that I should “do what I need to do” about calling a health inspector because they don’t have complaints about bugs. Even though I’ve tried having my pizza delivered twice within 2 months of each other and both times I’ve had cockroaches in my pizza box. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE !!! It is DISGUSTING

I’ve eaten wings almost all over Palm Beach County, but Frankie’s wings are the best. They’re always fresh, hot and crispy; with flavor dripping out of every bite. Making you even eat the bones.?
Horrible customer service I called to place a order and they hung up in my face.when I called back he hung up again not to mention they never have delivery drivers available don’t waste your time
This is very good pizza. Coming from New York, I have not found perfect pizza in Florida yet, but I would give this an 8 on a New York scale of 1-10.
I work at the vape store around the corner of Frankies and let me say, being from Philly they have THE best cheesesteaks I’ve had in Florida so far. Their pizza is equally as good. Id highly recommend Frankies to anybody!
This place is a HUGH RIP OFF! I ordered 24 piece wing online and it clearly says $23.99 when I showed the owner rings me up for $29.99. When I asked him how com online it says $23.99 and even when I called and placed my order I was told $24.00, he stated do you want the wings or not. I replied yes for $23.99 and pulled out my phone to verify the price to him. He looked at the price and snatched the bags away. Excuse me sir I will just go to another establishment if this is how you treat your customers. Then he placed the food right back in the warmer to be served. Excuse me sir I just opened all those containers and checked my order did you forget it’s COVID out here and you are going to sell that to someone else. I don’t recommend this place. Health Department where are you when we need you.
Disgusting ordered a chicken parm sub went out to the car I was so hungry I started eating it then I realized that the chicken was raw and I already swallowed it I went inside I showed them how it was so they gave me my money back but that's not good enough I could have gotten sick and went to the hospital these people are disgusting do not order from there.
