Was coming here for a couple years now and stopped for a while due to terrible management and staff. We recently gave them another try around February/march 2022 and it is night and day. The new manager is 1000% better and the food is always great. Staff are very friendly and if they ever make a mistake the go the extra mile to make it right. Such a massive improvement. Hope the new manager stays so we can keep ordering from them.

Employees not wearing masks. Unsafe because they are talking to each other while they are preparing the food. Droplets can from mouth can contaminate the food.
Working for doordash you meet a lot of people. Usually busy stores make for over work, underpaid, tired staff which can often be perceived as rude. However my experience with Tanya the GM of this Firehouse subs really made me smile today. In this trying times a smile can save a life. Thank you Tanya God bless.
As soon as I walked in, the cashier was rude. I was trying to order two subs but when I ordered the first sub, she completely cut me off before I was able to order my second sub. Then when I told her i was getting another sub she immediately snapped saying “Are you ordering anything else before I make this?” I just felt like her customer service was terrible. I will never go back to this location.
Ordered online. Went in to pick it up the employees were not busy.. just standing there gossiping. I had to let them know I placed an order online. When my order was ready they completely messed up the order.
Clean environment, nice employees and fantastic subs.
They close at 7pm, not 9pm
