I always get my coffee at this Dunkin! Never had an issue. Had to give 5 stars because my drink today was perfect
The girl working at the window was SO rude. My 2 year old decided he wanted a donut after I already ordered in the drive through so I politely asked to add that on at the window. Keep in mind the donut is already made! The lady shook her head and gave me attitude over asking! When I asked for her name repeatedly she ignored me. I asked to speak with the manager and when I explained the situation she again started arguing and having an attitude: I’ll never go back to this location. The manager had to apologize for her yet she continued on.
When I came through the drive thru this morning I was already an emotional rollercoaster, which is why I decided to treat myself with an ice coffee bc why not. The help I received was phenomenal and I am extremely appreciative to the young and that took my order as well as the person who made my coffee bc without them and the young man in the window(not sure if it was the same guy that took my order) my day would have been less great. You all made my morning thank you!!
Do not go here The employee there steals your card information I am currently trying to dispute the charges they have the chip reader attached to there devices you will get your bank information stolen they have the corporate looking into this as I type this Do Not Go here if you work hard for your money the App is a scam as well they will charge you for items you never bought 2 weeks down the road and is hard to notice they charge 7$ or 10$ or 12$ random times . This dunking is horrible they will steal your money DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IN DELRAY OFF CONGRESS NEAR 95 . You’ve been warned
Very unpleasant ordering because instead of letting me complete my order the young lady was taking over me and I had to keep repeating my order more than 3 times
Charged me $18.34 for two donuts by accident and refused to refund me even with proof. Manager refused.
I just ordered from here and I ordered two iced coffee black with vanilla syrup. When I pulled up they gave me the wrong order. I repeated my order and they gave it to me right, paid the right amount and then another employee comes up and tells me “next time I come they won’t serve me.” I have no idea why and why she came at me in that way when the employee who was assisting me with my order gave me great service.
Worst DD I have gone to if you can drive to another one I would recommend it.

I love coming here every morning. I come and get my 4 pumps of hazelnut swirl and almond milk. I never have to say what I want because they know me by my car. Great and exceptional service. Everyone has been great to me.
