Went to McDonald's right next door for my partner and wanted to stop at DD while waiting for the McDs food. To my surprise it was closer?? Went online and it said it closed at 7pm. It is 6:20pm as of writing this. 1. It was strange to me that a DD closes that early (7pm) but figured it is down south ((I am from up north east) but to see that it was closed before the time stated on the Google was very disappointing, so there's the 1 star.
Good, fast service and clean. Good location, plenty of parking but a little tight. My bagel/cream cheese was fresh & good. The hot chai not so much. But you can't expect much from a powdered mix. I drank it but won't order it again.
They need to improve this coffee shop and provide cup sleeve to people instead giving them hot cup that can't be held
Ordering was easy girl who took my order was pleasant, the cashier was a big guy , not very pleasant even though I smiled and said," HI how are you ? " He just glared at me ? I just tried to be pleasant some more but he just shoved mydrink at me, then shoved my order at me and slammed the window. No your welcome nothing? I'm sorry but dude work on your customer service because it stinks... !!
It would ne nice that when we place an order ahead to pick up that we can add a note about the drink so we're don't have to all for things about the order once we're get there.
The casher dosen't understand english. Two days in a row she got my order wrong, over charged both times also very slow. The place is crowed and only 3 people working, all 3 speak limited english at best. The prices are way too high and it ain't all that.?
I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time and have seen a decline in customer service and management. Customer service Is what makes any business successful. I wanted to say that last week when I was there there was a lady named Cherryl Who was so polite and went out of her way. I was shocked that someone cared so much who worked there. Please hire more people like her!
Avoid this location if you can! Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Atrocious! They have some young guy working there, I believe his name is Edwin, or something to that effect. He has the worst attitude, acts like he hates his job, and goes as slow as he possibly can! He’s plain out rude! This location would be better without an unhappy employee!
Service, length of line & food/drink wait time is generally near excellent at this location at all times. So far, the doughnuts, coffee & sandwiches have been up to par with the lone exception being a single item on one visit (out of over 20+ now) that admittedly came later in the day (around 3:30PM in the afternoon). Saying that, is not in any way an attempt to justify, excuse or give this Dunkin location a free pass, but while my being served a regular fresh coconut (not "toasted coconut") donut that was so exceedingly dry it broke in my hand upon pick-up & which also tasted awfully stale (I ate one outer piece prior to tossing it in the garbage) is unfortunate, I don't after 20+ visits that it is indicative of this place's usual routine. Additionally, they may have replaced my subpar treat, however I didn't go back in and ask because considering how this Dunkin location is in the area of West Delray that's also smack-dab, right in the middle of the Century Village, King's Point & another well-known, massive residential community (I forget the name of) that houses & services the oldest of this country's eldest (a.k.a.: the 'greatest' of "the greatest generation") "Bermuda Triangle", I was neither about to kick off any protest(s), nor even pretend to know what terrors these poor, poor employees must regularly see, deal with & face on a daily basis during the morning rush hour in regard to coffee reheat/refill requests, any/all things not being "hot" enough" &/or other general complaints (occasionally accompanied by additional tantrums), all of which, I'm certain occur near-daily.Regardless, I still believe that it's (overall) one of the better local-area Dunkin Donuts, many/most of which I've visited once or twice, if not routinely.
Bagel not toasted. Line out the door
