Came here Monday 4/4/22 get my normal order which is saved in app as favorite. my ice coffee did not have any milk and they did not have my wake up wraps completed, i had to ask for them. i drove away with out checking for my snack bacon, i sent email to the corp email they did refund my bacon.
Haven't been there since the remodeling. Still looks nice & of course the donuts are good.
Omg. Can we talk about the tall pregnant manager. Sloppy, eating everything insight. Hair undone. Mean mugging customers. Talking trash. Mostly young staff. I spent trust it. The momager looked and behaved depraved. Very unprofessional ?

Coffee was good but i ask light and sweet it didnt have enough sugar but i got extra sugar in my way out.
Every time I go to this Dunkin’ the staff are always super kind. Also, my orders never disappoint when I receive them.
Awful. They never say a word. I stand there and no one speaks. Have to finally say hello. Maybe u should re model the Inside with decent employees. I won't go here again. Three time and the same
20 min in the drive thur is totally unacceptable. Rude staff. Employees say they are understaffed, but I don't by it because it wasn't busy. Incompetent, rude and lazy is more like it. Close the doors and only serve the drive thur if you can't manage to do both at the same time. Absolutely horrendous ? If #TimHortons came to town Dunkin would be toast!
The staff seemed nice but inside the place is soooo cold....they must be very low on customers staying in to drink their coffee. If they turned the ac up even a little I am sure they would get more tips and more cash for the owners of the business!!!
