Newly remodeled. Clean. Nice staff. Prompt with the drinks. Makes them right every time. My dog knows when we go this specific location, the staff will give him a special treat.

The two guys that cook and do the orders are good. But the girls are slow and they over due it with sugar. All the regulars know to take it black
Hate to say it I been warned by everyone at my job not to go hear found out the hard way as we work close to this one and all 490 employees say they don't go hear due to how bad it is. I have been 3 times to this DD and every time it was horrible the bagle they never cook it all the way soggy bagle not toasted donuts not fresh they are old every time . I asked for butter they never put it on every time I ordered it it's just plan even when asked did you out it on they lie say yes everytime . The coffee is water down and a ice coffee has no ice in it everytime . Worth the extra drive time to the one on Yamato they are great at that location this one don't go to. As the first time I went the manager was rude yelling at employees and then the customers and even kicked me out for no mask after I already ordered and was just waiting for it . This was when the mask order was lifted. Never going back and suggeste you don't use this location horrible food. Horrible service my company has 3 dealers around it and word is from all don't go hear. I see why I'm not going back.
Waited in the drive thru for awhile just to be told they don’t have espresso I mean is this a coffee shop or a burger joint?

Everyone had an attitude the little light skin girl with the glasses this has to be her first job. On top of that they messed up both my orders I ended up throwing it away
Walked in this morning at 6am, Both Very friendly girls, Geegee & Ceecee, Greeted me with Conversation & Smiles, made me feel really good, like they knew me., my 1st time at that store, A homeless customer walked in, behind me,, they greeted him by name with respect , he paid for his coffee, as I was waiting for my order. Both ladies are very Professional, Friendly.They made my morning, will Absolutely be returning there. I'm a foreman on a jobsite just down the road, just started there, I will be there for a while, & I will be Recommending to all my co-workers, to Stop at that Dunkin donut ? ? location ..... These GIRLS, really made my morning, Thank you ladies.? ????
