My friend and I had a wonderful experience on the outside patio. Devon , our server , was outstanding. His positive attitude lifted our spirits on a rainy night. We had a lot of questions about various items on the menu and his knowledge regarding all the items was exceptional!! Great evening!!

This is a nice place to stay outside and look at the boats on the intracoastal. On a Monday for lunch there was not much noise but it was still busy . They don't take reservations but they text when the table is ready so we walked around a bit, very pleasant. They have a skinny margarita which we ladies enjoyed; also the guacamole for the table was plenty and delicious. Food was average, the blackened fish was too salty, this is a problem with other restaurants of this type. Service was prompt and with a smile. A wonderful early afternoon.
Met friends there for dinner the food was very average the view of the homeless encampment across the Intercoastal with their laundry hanging in the trees was sad but when we saw the check and read $19 for a margarita that's right $19 for one margarita that's when sticker shock hit us. Just a word to the wise I would definitely look elsewhere for a nice evening with friends this place sucks
We wound up here by default because we got rained out of our outdoor seating at another restaurant. After getting seated, we decided to leave as it was way too loud in one of the outside areas with the bar and the menu was too limited in the choices. As we leaving, I spotted a vacant table for four in the more exterior dining area and we were able to get the table where it was much quieter.. "Little things" make a difference. The table had been wiped, but not cleaned! The fries were cooked, but only warm by the time we got them. Our waiter, Toren, provided good service and got us another freshly cooked order. By the way, the fries are nothing special as they are the same commercial kind many restaurants serve. I am bothered when a restaurant serves a quarter or half of a pickle--why not a whole pickle? The key lime martini was very good as were the shrimp/salmon burgers we ordered. The single chicken empanada ($5; 3 for $14) had chunks of chicken, not shredded as listed in the menu. There wasn't much filling and the pastry too thick. Deck 84 is appealing in the daytime when the weather is nice and can be appreciated in the exterior eating areas, but not so much on a night with heavy downpours. It's easy to find fault with service, food, etc., but many of the "little things" can easily be corrected to make the dining experience better.I would hope restaurants take note and strive to improve.
Lovely location. Very good food Casey was our waitress. She was very careful about my dairy allergy She was very attentive during a busy time at the restaurant. Thanks Casey!
We went around 7pm and waited only about 25 minutes to be seated. The food was very good. The waiter was kind. The view was good and atmosphere was fun. We would go back.
After a 30 minute wait we got seated in a nice quite area of the place. The bar area was very noisy. We had some appetizers and split two main meals. We watched the boats go by and even saw the bridge go up so the large boats can go by. The food and service were both very good. There is a $ 6.00 valet charge that you have to pay but overall a very nice afternoon.
We had a FABULOUS LUNCH today in Delray Beach, FL with friends we haven't seen since Covid-19 became dominant. We were seated promptly upon arrival and our server, CASEY. was informative, professional, prompt, and a sheer delight. We chatted during opening round cocktails and since we hadn't seen each other for almost 3 years; our chats/conversations were lengthy. CASEY would check in on us to see if we were ready and she possessed a real relaxed attitude of "No rush folks...enjoy your quality time together....whenever you're ready, I'll be right over to answer menu questions and take your order. 5 people ordered 5 different menu items and each of us said.... This is delicious. Thanks DECK 84 for a great environment and excellent service from CASEY. We'll be back sooner than later! Shout out to the entire staff at DECK 84!!!
