I go 4-5 days a week here. Today they were out of chicken, so he thought he could give me the 2-3 pieces left 9n the bottom (1/8th) normal portion and it without be okay. Then he said i could give you pollo asada b7t its an extra charge. I said no thank you and he proceeded to push my bowl towards cash register. I told him no thanks, im not paying for that and drove to the Chipotle on linton. Where they had chicken and veggies
If you're craving Chipotle, I strongly recommend going to another location. Not here.I very, very rarely write a negative review but I have to echo the negative comments here re: service and food quality. This location is a disgrace to Chipotle's name: rude and poorly-trained service, overseen by a very hostile manager. They're also altering prices at the till without explanation... something is off. Yes, there is a labor shortage, but there is no reason that a *manager* should be behaving this poorly towards their customers.I hope that corporate will investigate food quality and service quality at this location. Everything about the experience left a very bad taste in my family's mouth.Beware!
This place is GROSS & UNSANITARY!!! I know there is a worker shortage but come on the people working here are super nasty. For a company that has had issues with food-borne illnesses in the past, you would think they wouldn't allow this location to operate. Food all over the counter, rice on floor, their gloves disgusting, and so many more bad things.
This location sadly enough is failing miserably. I'm in the franchise world. This place is in SOS mode for service. I ordered double meat and they didn't even have a full burrito for $16. The workers just didn't seem happy. I don't blame them.
Wonderful, really wonderful meals: my guy had a chicken bowl, and I had a vegetable bowl, and both were delicious. It was not crowded there, and the weather was cooperative, so we ate outside and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Why does Chipotle ALWAYS combine the old containers remaining food with the new one? This is resturant safety 101! Spoke to corporate and they say that is not their policy. 100% of the restaurants DO combine the old and new and say corporate does not tell them not to. With the issues Chipotle has had in the past why would they not follow basic food safety guidelines? It’s does not create any waste. You simply use what’s remaining in the tin and then finish the order with the new food. No cross contamination!
Crew definitely needs some training. No sense of the fact that customers were waiting and the wait was longer than it should be. I was looking for the new brisket, but no signage. I didn’t even ask. Please train your staff to be friendly and personable. It goes a long way.
I have been going to Chipotle since last 8 years and I never came across this bad food in any of the other ones. I went to this one last Sunday (1/23) at 9 pm approx. they gave me large portions of everything and I was wondering y?? I came home n opened the box to see that the ingredients were so bad. Rice was so mashed up and other ingredients weren't fresh at all. Food should be served fresh all the times and not only during certain period of the day. PERIOD
I always go this location since it opened and had a few bad experience. So I decided I need to put a review in. There is inconsistency in service.. sometimes the portions are smaller than usual.. A side of guacamole was ordered by me. Which by the way is 2.50.. I got about a tablespoon.. if you are charging me 2.50 for a side I should get a side. I should not have to ask for more.. even the manager on the shift was not understanding this. I will not be back at this location.. I could even eat my burrito which was only chicken lettuce and guacamole.. I was so upset. Because everyone behind the counter did not think I deserve a proper side for the money. Maybe they should try being on the customer side and have that experience. Getting food should be a wonderful experience it was not it was very upsetting.
This location is newly built, staff was friendly and the food was good, my last visit was fast, lines where moderate. Everything food wise where available and the staff in the kitchen was always ready to refill. This location shows evidence that they where also followinf safety guidelines.
