This Chikfila is amazing. Always hot and fresh food. The staff changes up but always the same polite and friendly manner.
Just wanted to take a quick moment to leave a review. Last week I dined in your location for the first time ever. I have always used the drive thru but I was with my daughter River and decided to go inside for lunch with her. Steve who was working the dining room floor was amazing! As a woman I go worked in restaurants before, it was nice to see someone who takes pride in their work and treated myself all of the other guests dining in with respect and with a smile. So refreshing! He just went above and beyond— brought some crayons and placemat for my toddler and even refilled my drink before I left. He was sweeping the dining room often, pre-busing, and just so cheerful with everyone. Steve really deserves some recognition! I will certainly be dining-in again after such a positive and delightful experience! Thank you!
I'm on a no fried food diet so I was happy to see grilled chicken nuggets on the menu. I do disappointed that now I'm home... they're fired!!! I'm too tired to go back out... I won't be back. I drive to Linton to satisfy my craving going forward. Also I didn't even get the crispy topping for my salad...
Ordered Chick-fil-A delivery this morning and I am not too happy! Delivery was fine and the driver was very kind. However, I received a sandwich that I definitely will not eat. I ordered an SEC w/extra chz add bacon. What they delivered was a grilled chix breast on a dry wheat English muffin, egg white, bacon and no cheese. Tried to call the restaurant and can't get through so I was routed to some central customer service phone number where i got no resolution. I am sure what they sent is a lot better for me than what i ordered but it's not what I wanted.
Consistently good, just what you'd expect. Chick-fil-A has a set of standards that this location meets or exceeds.
I will never come back here!!! I ordered 2 kids meal and combo number 2 meal. The whole order was cold and fried were super hard and salty. I brought the order inside and requested for this order to be remade and fresh. After waiting 5 minutes I got the order.. when I checked the order the second time this was worse!!!. I would have never let food come out like this. I'm not at all pleased. It took two times to remake my order and both times the food was disgusting!!!! There is no excuse for this. This is sickening..
I order just about every Friday morning since this location opened and my husband picks the order up. It's usually a simple order a biscuit meal for me and a hash brown and ice coffee for him. Because he is handicapped he picks it up curbside. The order is placed when he arrives and he has waited as long as 20 minutes. This location can't get the order right. Last week there were no hash brown for him and they tried to give him two coffees and no ice tea for me. The ice coffee is half the original size and they will add creamer and or sweetener to a black coffee. They have left out my biscuit, left out a hash brown or just only half filled the hash brown boxes. Because my husband is handicapped he has problems going through the bag to see if the order is correct. Last week he came in and waited about 10 minutes for the order and they got my drink wrong and left out his hash brown. He would have checked the order before leaving however it took so long and was late picking me up from dialysis that started at 5AM. We don't want anything free we simply want a correct order. It would also be nice if he could get a large ice coffee, medium ice tea comes in a much larger cup and we'd be glad to pay extra seeing with his diabetes he only eats the hash brown. Lynn White
I come here a few times a week on my lunch break, this is by far my favorite chic fil a. Steve in the dining area does an incredible job as does all of the other staff. Never had one issue.
Food never comes out correctly with orders. If you order DoorDash the serving sizes they give are laughable. Always screwing up the order I don’t get it
