08/16/2022Horrible service I ordered a small cup with pineapple and chocolate ice cream. The 1st girl Afro American used the spoon from the Reese‘s pieces.. When I said I can’t have that pineapple cause I’m deathly a allergic to peanut butter and that would put me in The hospital. she rolled her eyes.She had the Spanish girl with the long hair assist with the rest of the order. She said she didn’t understand English!What kinda place is this that we’re in America and they work in a predominantly English-speaking neighborhood and she says she doesn’t speak English.Maybe the owner should stress to his poor employees that don’t care about guest health the importance of not poisoning the guest!
Such a great carvel! Wonderful staff and owner! Get variety of flavors def a good spot.
It's a shame Carvel has great ice cream, The place is in new center but very dirty inside and out.. Front patio needs to be Pressure washed,,, Tables are always dirty Someone needs to empty trash and keep the place clean as customers come and go,
It is 9pm… we walk in to get an ice cream and asked if we could have 2 chairs to sit outside and both of the girls told us we couldn’t because they had just cleaned the outside tables and were closing… yet they close at 10pm. They didn’t even care.Absolutely ridiculous that we can’t even use a chair to eat our ice cream. Never coming here again. Unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, no purchase.
This used to be a favorite spot for uber drivers until recently.Yesterday Saturday june 26th 2022 around 6pm was the worst day for me to pick up at that location.Got a $6 order for 5 miles.Arrived early,order wasn’t ready.Was asked to wait (which is totally fine).Girl started preparing my order then suddenly 13 customers walked in.She dropped my order and served all the 13 customers (20 mins later) before coming back to my order then two other people walked in and again she abandoned my order to attend to the walk-in customers.I decided to cancel the order (Got paid 0 for driving and waiting).Gas is expensive and delivery drivers are hanging by a thread.Staff get paid by the hour while drivers are paid after completion of deliveries.Never again am I picking up from this spot.
The ice cream was great, we were there on BOGO sundaes on a Wednesday, plenty of people coming in, and getting on line.The ONLY PROBLEM I'd say is, ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE (probably the owner or owner's family member) working the register, taking orders, and making orders.Would make more sense to at least have a 2nd employee on the register only. Saw AT LEAST 3 customers that wanted prepackaged ice cream sandwiches, and other prepackaged items get on the long line...ONLY to RETURN items to freezers and walk out.
Girl with a big attitude in there! I jst came from there and I want to know what happened to being nice to customers? The girl was working alone but at first was on her phone, then when I said something she said "you have to wait" in a nasty tone. Once she rang me up I asked her for a bag and nastily said "I'm giving you your change right now". I guess she cant multitask. I will go to DQ or another Carvel from now on.
Carvel on Atlantic and Military in Delray Beach. They tried to tell me Cotton Candy Ice Cream was Strawberry. I pointed out the Carvel Strawberry has pieces strawberries in it and is not hot pink in color. They should really learn their product.
Exceptionally expensive Carvel. I ordered a plain large vanilla cup and was charged about $6 plus tax! Outrageous. If you have a family, your wallet will be drained by this rip off ice cream store.
It was a very nice time to pee on a ice cream for me. Also every time I go. There is always a couple of pretty girls to talk to there ?
