2nd time at this location I ordered a double burger no cheese mushrooms, onion, lettuce and tomatoes , they give me cheese. We took it back in to get it fixed when I got home and open my burger this is what I get maybe half mushroom and a few pieces of onions. Definable will not be going there again. And they never apologized for messing up my dinner the first time!!!
Went here for the 1st time with a co-worker. My Burger and Hot Dog were great, however my co-worker did find a hair in her burger she went up manager took care of the event and also had the employee step aside to recompose the proper hair net wearing. overall other than that was a great meal. props to the manager who did the right steps and making everything go smooth.
Never order anything from this place! The orders have never been correct, then when you call, the Manager (Raven) "if thats ever her name", reflects the issue elsewhere! Items where missing from order, and Fries where just thrown in bottom of bag, no packaging. Clearly this place lacks proper supervision, if items are clearly listed on a receipt, attached to the order, and item's are missing, then that is clearly a Management problem!
I usually buy the CEO burger, but this time, I had the Swag! So good. Moist and a ton of flavor. The staff was pleasant and fast. They do have to improve on their soggy limp fries. When we order them live in the restaurant we ask to leave them in the fryer longer. You can't order them like that on the app.
BurgerFi is definitely a step above your typical burger. They use a very high quality beef, grass-fed and hormone free. Their French fries are possibly the best I've ever had.. Jim iadarola, Delray Beach FL.

When this place first opened everything was great, but unfortunately recently it has gone downhill. I imagine the labor shortage have pressed management to hire just anyone to keep the place running. Orders are now routinely messed up with items missing and finding things we didn't order. Staff is overall friendly and dining area is relatively clean but orders are too frequently messed up. Sorry I have to leave bad review but this is the third time we had a poor experience in recent months. On the bright side shakes are great and burgers can be great too.
The customer service at this BurgerFi is excellent! I would like to mention that Raven was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! It's refreshing to not only have a great burger but also have excellent customer service!!!
I never write reviews, so that’s saying a lot in the first place. Now, I don’t know if it was just this crew working today(Sunday 8:15pm-ish), but the service was absolutely horrible. The staff was cutting up, having full on conversations while taking orders, and walking around leisurely like there were no customers in the building waiting. I ordered a Oreo cookie milkshake, they were out of Oreos. I settled for a vanilla shake thinking I would be getting a regular Burger fi vanilla shake I’m used to..very wrong. No sprinkles, no whip cream.. just straight up vanilla…not even going to call it a shake.. it was more like a Wendy’s frosty, more ice cream than shake. If I wanted a frosty I would have just gone to Wendy’s. All I ordered was one shake that took 15 minutes to make with one other customer that was in front of me who had already ordered before I walked in. It was honestly pathetic… just.. do better..
$17 for a chicken sandwich and fries that are dumped in a bag and spill everywhere. I did get a melted custard cup too. I emailed them but no reply. Will not return.
