3 orders placed..all 3 orders were missing items and items ordered on the side where on the burger..ite.s came out 20 minutes later Nd still missing an item!!
Enjoyed the food. Service was slow but theyWere very nice. You have to be okay in a sports bar atmosphere to enjoy this place.
Hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life! I never write reviews but I felt this needed to be addressed. First off when we first got to the restaurant, the sweetest lady came to get us drinks and we ordered a appetizer, the waffle fries nachos with chicken. Then another lady came and told us she was our server. When the nachos came out they had no chicken. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand stuff happens, I politely tried to tell our server. I stated "it's not at all a big deal I just want to make sure the chicken isn't on our check" she got so rude and so close to my face I legit could feel her breath, she stated "no you didn't order the chicken, I know because I took the order" first off I was always taught the customer was correct, second she didn't take our appetizer order so how would she know. I was left speechless, and have never been talked to so rudely in my life. I then found the sweet lady who did take our appetizer order and told her, she apologized and assured me I had ordered chicken, there was a miscommunication and it wasn’t would not be on my check. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse it did, I ordered medium wings for my meal, they come WAY after everyone's food, and they had no sauce. When I asked for Buffalo sauce I was brought BUTTER. Which from being in a restaurant I know if it's cooked into wings it is good, but it should never be served as sauce. I clearly stated I would like Buffalo sauce again and was then again brought the butter, she spilt the butter on my friend. finally the sweet girl got Buffalo sauce for me. When it was time for the checks she was mocking my friend, and had all our orders messed up even after we stated three times to her what our orders were. Literally have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant or had a server get in my face like that .
It was my first time there, and my last time there, I order spinach dip and there was no cream sauce just cook cheese and spinach it was so thick it was hard to use the pita chips to eat with it, it was terrible! My Mozzarella sticks was luke warm the cheese in the inside was so stiff. Chicken stripes was good, the slider was good, things I ask for, from the server such as blue cheese, BBQ sauce, napkin and silverware I didn't receive till after I was about doing with my meal. I was very disappointed, I want to order more food but I didn't want to waste my money on whatever that was!
The bar wasn't that busy .. sat us down ar a dirty table.. then it took them over 35mins to bring us our drink order.. mind you there's 2 bars and 3 bartenders. Our food came out before our drinks.. then we had to wait another 10mins for silverware so we could eat. Our waitress tried to get us to pay for her mistake because she rang in 2 extra drinks. We expressed our concern about the situation and the service and all that she said was "Sorry"
Absolutely the best wings, fried then grilled really soaked in flavor!! Great place for sports, tons of t.v's.. Huge place, great outdoor patio.
I called to place a pick up order at 12:05 on 01/28/2022 the lady on the phone said that they were not doing anymore orders for pick up because the kitchen closes at 1:15 so I asked her if I came in and placed the order would they do it since the kitchen would still be open all I wanted was wings and fries. She told me that I had to sit down and eat and I couldn’t place a To-go order if I came in either which makes zero sense because I would have still gotten served if I was to Dine in at 12:05.
Hostess seated us right away. Waited 15 minutes and no wait staff greeted us or took our order. We walked out.
