Bear's Food Shack has a Hawaii island vibe. It is decorated with authentic artifacts from the Pacific islands and Hawaii. There is a great selection of food consistent with the Hawaii theme. The Ahi Tuna Poke with a mix of Wasabi and Ginger sauces hit the spot. There is a beef teriyaki dish that was recommended by Bear himself that I have not tried yet but is definitely on my Bear's bucket list. Bear gets his fish from a local fish market which sells fish from local fisherman and typically day fresh or maybe one day old at most. Give it a try when you're on Atlantic or in Delray Beach!

We found this place on Yelp. They have Costco-sized stuffed bears decorating the sidewalk at its entrance. We ordered online on their website for a 20% off discount. I got the Aloha bowl, which was delicious, although the açaí was frozen. Bf got the keto bowl, which was very filling and also tasty. He added hot sauce for some kick. We “liked” them on FB for a free iced coffee. My “large” iced tea is a regular size. Friendly staff.

Whimsical eatery that is NOT AN ICE CREAM PARLOR! Think poke bowls and smoothies. It can get a little crowded and chaotic, but the food is fresh, well prepared and presented and the smoothies are delicious too.
Delicious and lots of variety. Found on Google & easy access from I95. Friends loved the poke bowls and said ingredients were primo. My luau pork cuban was very good with interesting sweet-tangy pickles. Owners both on site for the lunch rush keeping everything flowing even with major volume of carry out. Lovely casual outside dining along sidewalk and side street. We'd come here often if we lived here. Big and Little Bear were a delight.
A fun themed spot with lots of options on the menu, and excellent fresh food. Great staff, and very nice to be greeted by the owner and his adorable dog. The kids loved picking a prize from the treasure chest. Will be back!
A senior male, possibly the owner in a Hawaiian shirt accused me of stealing food , that I had already paid for by the way, in front of my family and other patrons at the restaurant after he had mistakenly given us the wrong order. There was a mix up at the food counter where they call your name and he gave us the incorrect wrap that we ordered. The cook had clarified what had happened but the man in the Hawaiian shirt insisted on what he thought happened instead. So I respectfully approached him to inform that we did not take anything, and that he (meaning that the guy that I'm speaking to, the owner I’m guessing) gave us the wrong order. This man did not even apologize for his mistake and for causing an insane amount of embarrassment to my family and others in the restaurant. I will NEVER go back again. And the food was NOT good, in case you needed another reason.
