First time at Batch. We made reservations are were surprised to hear that there would be a 30+ minute wait for an inside table. They were able to seat us outside immediately. Server, Dani, was attentive, friendly and helpful. Great menu! Ton of variety and dishes to meet just about every type of diet. OK, don't laugh, I ordered the Impossible Burger and added the candy coated bacon. The sandwich and the fries were excellent! My GF ordered the Cuban grilled cheese and she enjoyed that as well. We plan to return and hope to dine inside and not have to fight the gnats... :)
Just a horrible experience for our first visit. Cutlery was dirty, food not cooked to order, salad was tiny and just cheap lettuce. All the servers are high school kids with no service experience at all. How you can make burgers Tate like crap is beyond me but you did. So letâs say that that will be our only ever time.

it was pouring rain out but luckily a table opened up and they seated us immediately; our server Taylor was upbeat and friendly and she was very attentive to us. We enjoyed the food and the portions were generous
Great burger and choice of brews. Music was loud and high tops uncomfortable.
The first time I dined at Batch was great. That was pre-pandemic. Attempted to dine with them this evening, arrived early, restaurant was basically empty. The food was good but the server brought out the entrees while we were barely into our appetizers. We brought it up with one manager who brushed it off and the server decided the proper response was to snicker with her friends on the way back to the kitchen instead of accepting feedback. There was no reason to rush customers through their meal. We canceled our entrees and left. Very disappointed in the attitudes of the staff.
The mac and cheese was amazing; I added pulled pork and caramelized onions. The Mac Attack burger was also delicious. The sparkling blueberry mint lemonade and strawberry limeade were both great choices. Run, don't walk to this gastropub!
