best pizza we've had in the area!
The food is a little pricey but good. However, the only choice for delivery is Delivery Dudes. Their driver destroyed our meal by strapping it to his scooter. Avellinos management said there was nothing he could do and we would have to deal with Delivery Dudes. Sorry manager, we're never dealing with Avellinos or Delivery Dudes again. We'll order from the place down the street. They have a delivery driver on their payroll and he cares about the product.
The best calamari served over Scampi sauce. You can still have a red sauce but the lemon butter is excellent. The Chicken Masala was moist and tender. My new favorite restaurant.
I'd give a quarter star if possible. Ordered a Sicilian pie which should be amazing sauce with some good parmesan on bottom. This pie was a wad of mozzarella cheese over a hint of sauce. My friends from Brooklyn spit it out!! I've only had one amazing thick pie and the man who made them disappeared. Anyone out there who knows the kind of pie im describing? Sauce on top .Great delivery man. Terrible pizza.
First time here and the food was good, albeit a little on the salty side. Large portions and delicious bread! We typically don't eat a lot iof bread but these were delicious! Salad was tasty with varied vegetables and main course was quite large and easily sharable! 6.30pm dining had a long wait but worth it. Next time we'll try the pizza. Our new local favorite.
Our go-to for Italian takeout! Blows all other competitors out of the water. So easy to order takeout over the phone, and they are always so kind and polite no matter how busy they are. Garlic rolls are to die for, we always order extra!As a vegetarian, I love the eggplant parmesan. It’s perfectly cooked, not greasy or overly breaded!

I love this place!! The food is amazing and the service is incredible.. it’s a warm family feel. Been coming here for years and always feel leaving great and full ! Prices are great and food is great portions!! My whole family loves it!!
Simply the best ! We’re originally from New York and having tried the best in the city , and also after living in Connecticut ( which is known for pizza in certain areas ) I can tell you that Avellino’s is the Real Thing ! We loved their dinners too ( I really loved their mussels in white wine sauce ) We love their sausage pie (top quality sausages too ) and their “Traditional Stromboli “ was unbelievable! Loaded with great quality meats & cheeses) As a former (now retired) restaurateur I can tell you they don’t skimp on quality or amounts ! Also , if you get the fried calamari as an appetizer, in addition to tomato sauce they included a scampi style dipping sauce with little tomatoes in it , amazing! Avellino’s is so good we decided it will be our “one and only “ Italian place in Delray Beach !
