I visit this location on Monday evenings with my friend and our children, love the Monday night 99 cent kids meal. I came to the counter and placed my order and waited a few minutes before my name was called. When I got back to my table with the rest of the crew I realized my salad was made incorrectly. I went to the counter and was assisted by Francisco, who told me to keep old salad and they would make a fresh one (without bacon & boiled eggs), which was what I ordered. I returned to my table and waited patiently for my salad. 5 minutes passed and then 10 minutes. I went to the counter to make sure I was not forgotten and was told that they were working on it. I returned to my seat. A few more minutes passed and I went back to the counter to check if my salad was ready, no one had an answer, and everyone seemed confused at this point. At this point I am annoyed and still unfed, not to mention my table is done enjoying their meal. Francisco stepped forward to apologize and explain the miscommunication. At this time, I was told that I needed to bring the old salad in order to get another one. Although this was not what I was originally told, it was a simple fix. My question is why had all of this time passed and no team member came to my table to make the simple request? Why was it not mentioned when I came to the counter on multiple occasions? When I requested to speak with the manager who appeared to be calling shots and giving orders since I walked in (Bryan or Ryan) , he refused. He matter of factly , ignored me and walked to the back as if customer service is not of importance to him. Another team member came to let me know he didn’t want to talk to me. Very disappointed with this experience!
Very slow and not the most friendly bunch. Had to repeat order several times and it was still wrong. Very bad experience and extremely pricy for what ya get.
The food is ok, a little pricey and the service is fast. The staff could be a little more friendly, thus the 4 star review.
Luckily so far I've visited a couple of these locations and I have yet to have a bad experience. So far the people that work there are always pleasant and helpful even though this time I went through the drive-through I didn't have to wait long for the food either. I believe I got the wings and things Box which is wings Chicken fingers fries and toast I could be a little off with that this has been a little bit since I've been there but everything was hot the toast wasn't saggy and I enjoyed the meal especially with the zaxos. It's better than getting your ordinary Burger is your ordinary Burger and fries which after wild gets tiresome this is a good way to shake things up when you're hungry. When I have eaten there luckily their establishment does not have any bad spells and it's decently lit but still a nice place if you're Grabbing something and on the go.
Place is okay. Dine in experiance is typical fast food. Clean. Chicken is good and fries are awesome.
Service here was great. Staff was courteous and efficient. Good is always great. This place is a hidden gem that more people need to visit.

Slow service and our Zaxby’s app never works. We frequently have free items on the app but every time we scan it, the item does not come off the bill. Someone has to do it manually which takes even more time. No sweet tea out tonight but I wasn’t about to stand in a long line waiting on it from behind the counter.
We ordered online and I food was not ready. The girl inside said we never ordered. That was easily proven wrong when I showed her my phone. It took another 15 minutes for her to decide on what to do. I had to reorder my food that was already paid for and pay again. Now I have to go back and prove I was charged twice to get a possible refund. No I'm sorry nothing. I know I won't be back.
